The air con was not turned on despite 28° heat in the day and the room only had a skylight.

The location was perfect and it was a very nice hotel and great value for money. The staff were polite and helpful.

This time, there seems to be hidden dust or ventilation not cleaned (I found a small myriapod in the bathroom. The heating was, most probably, turned off for the entire building, as it stopped as soon as I turned it on. After midnight, there is nobody at the reception.

Amazing location. Rooms are great, the breakfast and in-house ice cream (the food in general) are very good and the personnel is professional. I love that they close the restaurant at around 23.00, thus allowing guests spend the night in silence. Also, I like that you have a code to open the doors, so that you don’t need to pay attention to where you left the card/key

Violent drunks at restaurant patio night of April 5, 2024. Staff kept serving them alcohol. This is wrong to do. All other times at restuarant we had a great experience - great staff, great food.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was first rate, very friendly, always willing and open to help. Room was super quiet. It was great having such a great restaurant - Hanu Berirerilor - at same location.

Eggs at breakfast were sitting too long in pan ( probably from 7.00 am) and where not refreshed for those who joined breakfast later.

Very clean snd comfortable. The lounge with coffee facilities was good and gave you somewhere to sit. Restaurant was a good choice.

Smokers from the restaurant congregate at the main entrance and you have to walk through them to get to hotel. Would suggest moving the smoking are elsewhere! Coffee in room was not restocked (but there is a free coffee machine near the room, so not a big deal!). Would be mice to have a box of tissues in the bathroom.

Large comfortable room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near to old town, but far enough away to be in a quiet zone! Decent breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was also nice, and the same menu is available for room service.

Noise outside our bedroom outside.. I think it was workers talking laughing whatever until midnight… also not being able to regulate the heat.. had to open windows.. hence the noise 😁

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with plenty of room for clothes etc… having that excellent restaurant Nextdoor is a huge plus

A great hotel and very conveniently located for the Old Town with good public transport links nearby for venturing further afield. The staff were very friendly - particularly the evening receptionist. The room was very comfortable and clean - the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch too. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Bucharest!

The hotel was situated in such a great place, not far from resturants and bars which was great. Staff were lovely and so helpful. They let us leave our bags as we weren't getting picked up until later in the day to go to the airport. Room was Absolutely stunning, so spacious and so many great things included.

No bar area to just have a drink but wasn’t a huge problem. Service in the restaurant was slow.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Such an amazing building to stay In. The receptionist who checked us in and dealt with us was exceptional at her job.
