Towels were not clean. Kitchen was not equipped almost at all, you have to ask at the reception for a pot and pan, but you have to bring your own knife to cut or peel fruit and veggies. No soup bowls or small plates either. The appliances are cheap. The kitchen hood was broken. The rooms lack some furniture, ex. A table or a stool in the hallway so you can drop the key card or bag or can sit down to take your shoes off. Accessibility at the reception is poorly thought out. The ramp is too steep so you have to climb your way up holding on to the bar.

Great location, near metro station Grozavesti, nice friendly staff, quiet suites, very good mattress for a good nights rest. Heating system is working perfectly.

The bed is not comfortable, the pillows are horrible, like sleeping on a stone. Our room was clean, but rather a superficial/quick clean.

We decided on Le Blanc because of the 4star ranking and the fact that it had free parking spaces. We've been traveling all over the world, by now we have a knack for choosing the best accommodations, but unfortunately this one by far was not a good choice. We rented the room for 13 days and had all kind of problems from the day one. Knowing that they were not busy, having empty rooms, we called asking if we could check in earlier, the shameless answer was "Yes, but it will cost extra" - it wasn't the price, it was the greed. 😯 Fact: In the morning we took a shower - was leaking so badly flooding the bathroom floor (and every time we took a shower in the next 5 days) - was frustrating and upsetting not being able to use the bathroom unless we went 2 floors down to reception asking for someone to come and drain the water and clean the floors. Fact: One of the two chairs in the kitchen was broken and my husband almost fell on the hard floor. Fact: One of the two light fixtures in the bedroom was not working - the small safe in the room was not anchored in the wall and not working due to missing batteries. The receptionist gave us a light bulb and batteries asking us to change them. Don't you, the hotel, have someone to do that? Why me? I'm a paying guest! I should had told her shamelessly "Yes, but it will cost extra"? Fact: The remote battery cover broken - she fixed it with scotch tape Fact: One of the two coffee cups was chipped On top of everything: since there's no phone in the room to communicate with the reception staff, we had to go to the lobby every time we had a need. The kitchen was not equipped with the necessary pots, dishes, plates and silver. They never suggested to us to switch rooms until the last day (the 4th day) when we announced them that we will move out. Outrageous experience for us. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this place. Stay away! Not a 4 star accommodations!

Very bad smell in the bathroom due to the pipes, some towels were stained and a bit worn out, with a powerful smell of detergent/bleach. The mattress and pillows were very hard for our taste. In the end, we bought our own pillows and towels, as we had a 2 weeks stay. The elevator was not always working for the 4th floor, so we had to carry our luggage in the check-in and check-out days for one floor. We had higher expectations for a 4* aparthotel.

Very good location, close to the subway, Carrefour Orhideea, Afi mall, with a nice view to river Dambovita. The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was reasonably well equiped.

I contacted hotel 2 days before and asked 2 times. Can I come at 01:00 or not, they said OK, but when I come at 01:00 they asked me to wait until 14:00 or pay for previous day. For what u answering yes? And the blanket, it's so narrow that it's impossible to cover with it. Showercabin is leaking outside.

It seems that an interior designer was never hired for this place. Just some furniture and kitchen facilities were thrown in some newly built premises. There could be some more practical things (e.g. practical lights in the bedroom, more cutlery or some more little furniture to place some stuff on). The location of the apartments is an issue, because there is no decent view from the room, you are a little isolated from the city centre, and almost all food places close at 9pm at least in August. There is a metro station however very close.

Spacious apartment, everything inside it was brand new and working perfectly. The staff always there and helpful.

There was noise from drilling inside (hotel is making some improvements), from construction works outside. The kitchen was very poor with very limited necessities, such as only 2 of each: plates, cups, glasses, forks, 1 knife, no washing machine, no kitchen towels, so if you want to cook yourself and stay more then 2 days - it is very inconvenient. the ventilator in toilets squeezed. Not enough furniture and electric plugs. It is inconvenient to charge phones. bed linen were clean, but not new and used to holes. otherwise the apartment was clean and some inconveniences did not spoil our stay. Staff helped and brought wine glasses from somewhere and couple wine bottles saved us:)

Staff at the reception was friendly and location was very good, 2 minutes to metro, 25 minutes walk to Centre and 3 station with the metro.

the sofa in the living room was stained and didn’t look too appealing to sit on. the shower could use a shower curtain. the location of the apartment is in a very trafficked area.

I liked the whole apartment very quiet and cozy, the bed was comfortable. it has all the amenities that you need for short stays. the staff was very prompt in attending to my needs when I requested for an iron.
