We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe location isn't great for vising the center of Cluj. Good for bus and rail connections.
Clean and comfortable hotel. Easy parking right next to the hotel. The hotel is on the north end of Cluj, near the bus station (autogara beta). Not a great location for visiting central Cluj, unless you have a vehicle. It takes about 25 minutes to get downtown on foot. I booked the hotel because I was arriving late by bus and leaving a couple of days later late by train. For that it was a great location. Really great breakfast.

IsraelOur room upon check-in was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Just after 24 hours and non closed windows smell disappear. No air-conditioning in room.
Small hotel, with very helpful and nice stuff in hotel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable parking lot, almost every evening was free place for car.

HungaryNo restaurant open, not even a coffee maker, no alternative given by the staff. There was no cleaning during pur stay, no fresh towels, nothing. The staff at the front desk did not care or did not speak another language than Romanian. The rooms were only in acceptable shape.

GermanyThe road at the hotel is very noisy. Breakfast can be frustrating, when it's every day the same (I'm vegetarian) and when the staff completely disappears after having put the plate on the table. I really recommend self service if you're afraid of clients.
The hotel is in walking distance from the train station, it's quite cheap and the staff made some efforts to communicate with me in English since I don't speak Romanian

RomaniaI don’t know how this location has such a high rating (there must be a trick as I don’t know how a normal person can give more than 1). Everything was bad: the lightings didn’t work in the main room, the window wasn t isolated (we practically felt like the cars from street were near us), the air conditioner didn’t work as well and the room smelled so bad and it wasn’t clean at all.

United StatesThe shower didn't drain and the air conditioning was non-existent. They said that the walls would get cold and cool the room. That didn't work, in fact the room was like a sauna. They were nice enough to put us in another room that wasn't facing the sun and that was much better. Their information said they could speak English, nope.
