Because of the gap in the shower area, water was leaking, spa usage for guests could be better - providing bathrobes in the room so you can go to spa directly in bathrobes from the rooms

The staff is really friendly and helpful! They answered our questions really fast and helped us change a room (because of some miner issues) without any hesitation. We had a short but great time there. Also the crews in spa are really friendly and supportive. They helped me something, and then said: sorry... my English is not good. But for me it's not a problem at all. I wish all the people working there are healthy and happy in the new year!

The surroundings and the view are just gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious and tidy clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious.

Only two very small downsides that I noticed: I could definitely do without the loud music at the swimming pool. The tissues ar the tables are really not useful as napkins.

This hotel ticked so many of my boxes I had to review it. On my road trip to Bucharest I wanted an overnight stay where a) I could arrive by 7pm and still have a swim and get something to eat, b) charge my car and c) rest and relax. This hotel offered everything and more. I could park and charge my car directly at the entrance. Pool open until 9:00 pm. Generous opening times of the (included) dinner buffer until 10:00pm. The buffet was as good as a buffet can get. Very generous check-out time of 12:00 noon. The hotel is modern and the room was very big. And what's more: everything worked. No broken lights, no shower heads falling down all the time, no smelly carpet or squeaky bed. In Romania that is very exceptional. There was a minibar/fridge. Unfortunately no coffee at the room but easy to hop over to the breakfast buffet and poor a take-away coffee.

i arrived at 11 pm, for food was everythink closed( i ate a beer corona with some stacks) , i want to relax at SPA, was closed as well. i am bussines man, if i pay for conditions i can arrive at 4 am in the morning, if i want to go and relax myself at the pool, what can i do if it is closed? i payed that money because he has pool, but was closed.

Location is not the best. It’s mostly good for transit or if you wanna visit around Transylvania since it is 1h away from many important objectives. Or even more objectives at a 2h drive.

It is like a small resort. Restaurant, spa , with a pool inside or outside in the summer, nice garden, food is good. It has a small garden where you can hang out with the kid. Facilities are more than enough also they offer electric car chargers.
