Only one member of the staff knew some English. We were charged extra for the parking for a few hours while the receptionist told us it would be free. I recommend upgrading the English language skills of the employees.

The room was clean, had all the amenities needed, the bed was soft and comfortable. There is a good parking lot available for the guests.

Overall, cheap / low quality feeling to the place (furniture; pillows). Cleaness of the place could have been better, including here the bedlinen and towels that seemed overused/not bleached. Smell of cooking on the hallways and in the elevator.

The suite is average, the TV is old and full of dust on the back. Was happy that I saw a hair dryer but unfortunately it’s non-functional. The liquid soap from the dispenser is diluted with water and caused imitation of the skin either it’s expired or bad quality. I will definitely try other options and avoid this place.

Everything. The lack of hygiene was astonishing. I fond jam on the drawers handle, no soap for showering, the filth on chairs was shining in the light....horrific!

Nothing. it was horribly filthy: the bed sheets, the chairs, the kitchen, the bathroom....everything. It's the worst accommodation I had experienced my entire life. I hope I didn't catch any disease.

I reserved this place based on other users' reviews, some of them stating it's fabulous. Nothing could be further from reality. It's outdated, not very clean, the shower doors were not very stable, shower was missing soap, it was clogging and an used band aid was hanging from the soap stand. I didn't feel like sleeping there so I just booked another hotel (lost the money paid on this one)

The room was not very clean, with old furniture, in the entire suite smelled very bad of toilet, on the balcony was very dirty. The shower cabin is very small, with defective doors.Does not deserve 4 stars

The cleaning of the room, the dishes were dirty, vacuum was not done properly, the bathroom was also dirty, and in the room was missing a trash can, and the balcony was also dirty.

one member of the staff deserve a 0 as feedback. We sent a message the day before the arrival to double check that the kitchen was fully equipped and we got the following reply "The kitchen is fully equipped. But also, if you will need something extra you can ask from reception. " Unfortunately, when we arrived into the appartment...nothing was available. Only a single pot which was also really dirty. We kindly asked to at least change that single thing we had to cook and the reply the reply was basically a nice "not my problem, use that anyway". I came back in my apartment without saying anything since I was really pissed off.

One of the staff members i a little bit corrupt but i guess that’s just how it is. One pack of cigarettes and all’s good :)

Very clean and aesthetically fitting for the way it’s marketed. Great facilities all around, especially for the romanian standard. Helpful staff, no matter the time of day. Will definitely stay here again in my future travels to Romania.
