The neighborhood does not seem very safe but the hotel is. There was I small confusion in the first night, they mixed the rooms up and gave us an uncleaned one, but they changed it immediately when we told this to the reception.

The room was big, warm and comfortable. The staff very friendly and willing to help, especially the one in the restaurant. The breakfast was ok. Metro just outside the hotel and near the train station

In December, the room was a bit too hot for us but the windows could be opened.

This hotel is located next to Gara de Nord train station and has a metro entrance right in front the hotel parking which makes it a good starting point if you arrive/leave Bucharest or if you want to explore the city and don't want to stay in the crowded city center. The breakfast is very rich and totally worth the extra 8 or 10 euro per night.

The room is a little bit dusty and smaller than expected.

I love that this hotel is walking distance from Bucuresti Nord (train station in Bucharest which can take you to different cities in Romania and to the main airport). Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is old fashioned must be renovated, the room is a little bit noisy cause on the main street and especially if you decide to open window cause overheated.

The hotel is near Gara Bucharest and bus and metros are very close to go to Old Town. The room is large and confortable

My first stay in this hotel and I was pleasantly impressed. The room was spacious, clean, everything was functional, not noisy although it was facing the street. I liked the security measures in the hotel (you can only access the lifts with your room card). The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are very good, you have quite a variety of food to choose from, at the same level or even better than in 4* hotels). The check-in and check-out were quick, all of the hotel staff I interacted with were very nice, polite and helpful. I had a very good night sleep in this hotel (the bed is comfy). Very well-located close to the main train station, the Gara de Nord underground station is literally in front of the hotel. Very good value for money. I’ll book this hotel again when I go back to Bucharest, it’s really worth the money even if you want to visit the city centre (about 15 minute-walking distance from Victoriei Square (Piata Victoriei) or 1 underground station away).

The only negative was that the main floor door (when arriving at your floor, exiting the elevator and opening the main floor door) is too noisy. My room was next to it and it was really disturbing. Maybe the rooms further have not such problem, but I don't know.

The hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to metro station. Clean and luxury enough for a business trip. A gentelman at the breakfast was very kind. He understood that I am muslim and inform me that sausages are chicken.

The lack of amenities. Bathroom amenities provided but no water in the room. As a traveler arriving at 3 AM the last thing you want to do is get out of the room to buy water...

Booked a few weeks in advance and got a good price. The check in process was easy and available late at night. Night watch was an educated and polite person. Breakfast was plenty and a big selection. The coffee was good quality. The rooms were clean and tidy. Minor wear and tear as expected. No Water in the room or room service. They provide a fridge but are empty. Water can be purchased at the reception desk. Check out was quick and easy. Crew members are polite and educated. Overall impressed . 9 out of 10

The room was too warm. There was no thermostat to adjust the heat and the airconditioning did not work. That made sleep rather uncomfortable!
