A heavenly accommodation. Our room was large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, drenched in the most beautiful sunlight. It was quiet at night, despite the party in the restaurant. The palace's park is scenic and lush, the birds are chirping everywhere. It is perfectly dog-friendly and very suited for a couple's getaway. We had breakfast and dinner there and we were very pleased with the food as well. We'll definitely return.

I loved the reception girl. She was lovely, kind, customer friendly and oriented as well all the other staff at the restaurant. Bravo to them. They were young and all of them did an excellent job. The breakfast was very good, many options, mostly local too (you can tell, compot de prune). And having it outside if you will, it's a plus. The walk around the park and the upstairs museum (Expozitia bunurilor sasesti) add value to an already beautiful place. Keep up the good work and reconstruction!

The heating didn't work for both nights. My opinion is that when you know you have guests coming and they also have a 1 year old child you check if the heating works. They tried to fix it but with no success, finally they offered us a radiator. We were also offered the option to move into a double room but we refused, we booked an apartment because that was the type of accommodation needed.

Excellent Location. Parking space free. Personal very polite and ready to help you with everything you need. Breakfast wat good and had everything. The personnel from the restaurant were extremely polite and treated our child very nicely :) Highly recommend the place. All in all a pleasent experience, but will nor rebook in cold season.

It would have been perfect if our room had a walk in shower.

The room was exactly like the photos. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to find a corkscrew for a bottle of wine we had purchased ourselves.

Google and Apple Maps take you to the wrong place. The hotel knows this so make sure you have your phone on so they can contact you and let you know.

In the weekends they organize weddings and events and the restaurant service is much slower. Although we asked about the noise and were assured it will not disturb us as the venue is further away, they forgot about the fireworks…

The side of the building we stayed in was quite close to the kitchen so it got very very loud around 8am.

The service at this property was amazing. We arrived at 3 in the morning and we had a number to call and a lovely gentleman gave us the key to our room. Absolutely superb all round.

Very nice atmosphere, nice restaurant and park, rooms would need a little bit of refreshing. You feel good and calm.. Just one observation : you have to wait a bit long for food, but it worth, fantastic desert as well !! - the « papanasi »

We had a little problem with the heating, we announced the people from the Bruckental Palace and they fixed it. There was some problem with the hot water and cold water in the shower - very hard to find the right position to mix the water. Also, the prices in the menu are quite high comparing with the quality of the food. Most likely the prices are made considering the place where you dine. The breakfast was very nice but again rather expensive comparing with other nice places we staid (45 RON/person). We also had a small dog traveling with us which was never let alone in the room - we were charged 60 RON/night, again quite expensive comparing with other places, better ranked than this one.

The room was clean. We staid in rooms 206 and 207 in the attic. The rooms size was rather small but we knew that from the beginning. There is a nice vibe staying in this palace. The garden is beautiful. Also the dining room looks nice and gives you a good old vibe.

A lot of waiters are too young and inexperienced and a little bit overwhelmed. The mattress in my room was too soft, not with arcs. Very strange with the glass wall of the bathroom which can be cover with a curtain, but not soundproofed.
