The sound insulator for the room is not very good, could hear other room’s noise which is very annoying.

It just was remodeled and very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent for transportation, very close to the entry for 405.

I was having a difficult time walking. No one offered to assist. The front desk clerk was indifferent and made me stand to sign in when I requested to have the forms brought to me. The room was too expensive not to have an iron or blow dryer.

The free continental breakfast was disappointing - very few items, juice machine broken, no milk for cereal! But coffee was good.

when it's cold at night, the heating system is so noisy that it's impossible to sleep: rather ask for an extra blanket. The reception night guy wasn't able to provide me an extra blanket, while it has been easy for the colleague the day after.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The breakfast was decent, not so much choice tho. Just a medium-rated hotel in one of the worst areas of Culver city.

Had issues with the internet a few times. Telephone wasn’t working. No safe in the room. Breakfast was very average and the price was too high for what we got. Wasn’t worth the price way overpriced no value for money. Don’t think we will be back.

I asked for two rooms but only got one room with two beds. Not enough towels no coffee maker no fridge no hair dryer and an iron board but no iron.

It will be nice if there is a coffeemaker, fridge or microwave in the room. Better breakfast like in holiday inn express.

My bed was having a deep on one side. Hopefully, as i was alone, i slept on the other side. Breakfast is offering really limited options.

For the price we paid, which was more than other Inns we've stayed in, we expected what we saw in photos on their website. The only thing that was similar was the shower, which leaked water on the floor even with the door closed. Sheets don't fit the beds. No desk, table or chair. Remote to the TV was broken as the battery cover kept falling off. Chairs in the room need to be replaced as they're very dingy and stained. Called for an extra blanket which an Inn should have in case one gets soiled. Man says they're out. Then he says he'll take one to our room. Never delivered. Had to kill a couple of small insects in the bathroom. About the Continental Offerings in the morning; no bagels as on their website. If you're allergic to wheat you're out of luck. Only had Wheat bread and individual jelly squares. No fruits but there's an orange and apple juice machine. Individual cereal boxes (mini wheats and fruit loops) and instant oatmeal. Also, individually wrapped danishes. Coffee and tea with a hot pot of water. Husband was not happy at all. We were there for a college graduation and I knew looking for another place to stay on a Friday would be hell. So we stayed. If it wasn't for that...definitely would have gone somewhere else.

The sheet on the bed they were too lumpy and hard the heat was too noisy next door neighbour was too noisy I need my clothes to iron I have iron it on the bed.

The room had an awkward smell. It smelled like an old abandoned place. The carpet was in disrepair.

It was a fast check in and check out process.

The staff allowed someone else to take my room, also allowing them to sign something with my name and address. The breakfast is not breakfast at all: packaged pastries and juice.
