The bathroom door did not close, nails were sticking out of the door frame, mini bar was empty. The restaurant was not open all day, maybe on the weekend it is open all day, but Monday to Friday if you want to eat at odd hours you need to go out. Absolutely no information about the hotel facilities anywhere, either you go to the website (where there is not much either), or ask what you think may be available and especially at what hours. The TV was small, the image was miserable, and the number of channels did not exceed 10.

Comfortable room, warm heated, great smell in the lobby, bar and most of the hotel, good traditional breakfast. Great view over Poiana Brasov. The room was available early in the morning, this was really great.

Rooms should be renewed badly. I don't think only about the design but they are more like 3 star hotel than a 4 star, except the furniture design which is maybe good and still in almost good shape. However like I said, all I needed was working fine. I didn't use the mini fridge because I didn't need it, I am not sure if it was actually stopped or just not working but I was happy not to have any noise from it in the night time.

Pool is big and good for many people but the drawback is that is getting deep easily and you need to know how to swim. Room feels like it needs to be renewed. It's kind of all I needed to use to be working but not everything. I didn't care to ask for a room to be changed though. Breakfast is let's say standard. Nothing to impress in positive or negative way.

Nice big comfy bed, very important for a good night sleep when away. The balcony is a great way to enjoy the view and drink your coffee. The pool... just wow! Big opening with an in water bar, no smoking, of course.

Rooms are not quite at 4 star level (no mini fridge, no AC, balconies need some repairs and small furniture), breakfast was poor in options.

The breakfast could be slightly better - have more food options. Some new coffee machines with different types of coffee would be truly appreciated (cappucino, cafe latte, etc.) Also, when I was at the pool there were a bunch of kids jumping off the edge of the pool and off the bar/bar chairs, splashing water everywhere and on everyone. Even though it is forbidden to do so, no one did anything about it.

Room was OK. Bathroom kind of outdated, but clean. Breakfast has many tasty meals to offer and the service was fine. Pool is big and the water is very clear/clean. Whole staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a great potential but looks like the director is neglecting the hotel and his job. This is my second booking in about one month. Last time and now the hidromasaj and the ice machine in the shower room did not work. Looks like nobody has cheked that for very long time. The wood bench in the sauna is roten in places, need repairs. The toilet in room 237 is moving this can be dangerous. The fan in the toilet wasn't working. Moving tiles in the balconies. The TV sets should be fixed a little higher on the wall as from sitting in the bed should be comfortable to watch TV. The Tv sets remote control is a bit difficult to find easy programs. Anyway as I said I sugest to the director to spend a little more time in inspecting the hotel and to make sure that all facilities are in order before guest are comming.
