The water in the pool was not so clean.

At the SPA area there is now water, it is very hot and you do not have the possibility for cold drink. Also the floor is very slippery, i saw 4 people that fall in 3 hours

There was no body lotion. The Italian restaurant served very bad quality food, the food was cold when it was served. Don't recommend going there .

Room size, cleaning. The lady from the Spa was very nice, she was cleaning the water every time and attentive to ensure that the jacuzzi is working when we were heading towards there.

Strange, that you cannot enter the hotel directly from the parking, and you have to walk back to the street, but not a big issue.

A very good quality hotel right in the center of the city, modern design rooms, spotless clean, fine and helpful staff. Very good price/value ratio. Perfect breakfast with many choices. Free parking in the courtyard is also convenient, although no reservation possible. A big plus for the lebanese restaurant on site, which is indeed special and serving high quality food (although not cheap). Highly reccomended :)

The staff (Carlos) was very friendly and explained everything, gave good tips about the city Rooms were cleaded every day and clothes were nicely banded :)

We got a second bedroom so we can have separate beds but it was unfortunately less well outlined than the other. The bathroom was small and no wall mirror in the room but its a minor thing.

The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet including the lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff. Rooms are stylish and big, beds are comfy. Maybe a bigger pillow would have been better but otherwise great experience. We also enjoyed the spa. And the Balinese masseuse is a gem, make sure you book a session with her.

I was on a quick stopover and quite exhausted during my stay. I expected the hotel staff to be more proactive, especially in terms of handing back my ID after check-in, which unfortunately didn't happen neither upon check-in nor upon check-out.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was not only delicious but offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and had a visually appealing decor. As for the location, it couldn't have been more convenient, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

You can’t book rhe parking place, noisy all night because of the traffic, very narrow bed.

Only slightly noisy when we stayed due to an improvised concert right in front of the hotel. But it was great fun, this was really barely an inconvenience.

The level of noise coming from the street is very high since is a main road so maybe you prefer a room oriented towards the back of the hotel. At ground level there is an event room so music will also be an issue depending on when the closing hours will be.

The rooms are ok, a bit too small for the price. Very good breakfast. Safe parking spot (limited).

The breakfast was quite ok, however it missed morning cookies. What they offered is a cheap substitute. I write this not as a complaint but as something they may consider improving.
