We stayed at Imperial Inn one night, we went there for the spa experience. But the overall experience at the hotel was also good. Our experience at the spa in the middle of the week was fabulous. Very few people, working saunas, and jacuzzis. We will return!

The only problem I had was the SPA area. A beautiful area ,with ambient music ,but with a pool air of 15 lei entrance ticket. You can't relax, because from either side, a child jumps on your head. It is the fault of children, parents, but also of administrators. It says everywhere that it is forbidden to jump in the water, but no one reads. In vain you have rules displayed if you do not aim to be respected.

A well-maintained hotel. Generous and clean rooms. Large beds provide you with a restful sleep. Benevolent, professional staff. Good breakfast and dinner.

The owners decided to leave only one person at the reception. She was very nice to everybody but obviously overwhelmed at check-in/-out. Owner should supplement staff.

Breakfast was great. The SPA is one of the best that a hotel can offer in Romania.

Beautiful spa, with all the pools one could need, and soothing music around each of them. The swimming pool is filled from mini waterfalls and a mini gheizer inside it. Cold relaxation room with the ground covered in salt and warm steam room down in the salt mine. The price of one room covers the access to the spa, with all the pools and the salt mine rooms, plus breakfast and dinner. Nice spacious room with personal jacuzzi in the bathroom. Travel size dental care kit and grooming kit with an excellent nail file inside it.

The spa is open from 10 to 19. Check in was at 14:00, so you only have 4-5 hours at the spa. It should be open till 22:00 for hotel guests.

Receptionist didn’t present the benefits, how to reach the spa section, hours and location for serving the meals. Once we have asked question after question he was answering but still not complete answers. E.g. for the breakfast we went outside the hotel, to the restaurant where dinner was served the evening before. Cleaning in the room was not for 4* hotel. Pictures with shower attached- missing pieces from the bath tube(which was with dirt) As well in the spa area, nice facilities but a lot of dust and dirty. Passing to the salty pool(missing label with details of how many minutes are allowed, what benefits will bring, contraindications) was through rooms not heated. Passing in the swimming suit was not pleasant and we have high chances to get cold. Food: breakfast was not ready at 7:35. Waitress set the volume loud while we were still eating. Like at her own kitchen. Food is mediocre. Dinner as well, not 4* food

The bathtub was ancient, looked dirty, and cracked. I did not dare to take a bath in it, just basic shower.

Breakfast was relatively poor in choice and quality. It definitely did not correspond to a 4-star hotel. We paid for dinner and breakfast but arrived at 11 pm when dinner was over. there was no food for us to eat, so we asked the the receptionist to provide at least a teapot and tea bags, which he did. Quite disappointing.

They didn't have the massage service available at the spa. Also, the spa was open only until 7 pm. The dinner and breakfast included in the price were too simple for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very simple and basic
