We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe had some problems connecting to the wifi in our room; the receptionist supplied us with a portable wifi which worked fine for a day, but needed to be replaced again the next evening. On our previous stay we did not encounter this problem.
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The room was excellent and we enjoyed getting a chance to relax in the spa at the end of the day. The staff were lovely and the general atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The views you get over the city are beautiful.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was really delicious and offering a lot of options. The restaurant at the lowest level of the hotel offers a very delicious food.

This might be the best hotel in Tg Mures for the picky travelers or those who want to enjoy the city for a few days. The hotel is clean, modern and has amazing restaurant with a great view of the sunset. Also has parking and electric charging for EVs.
