Our first room was on the noisy side of the building and our air conditioner wasn't working well. After talking to some of the staff (who weren't helpful), the manager stepped in to make sure we were satisfied. Next time, we'll ask for a quiet room when we book.

The location was ideal--very central. The price was great. The manager, Flory, was very helpful. She worked with us and let us move into another room after our first one didn't meet our expectations. The new room was exactly what we wanted for a comfortable four night visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

Noise doesn’t bother me usually and I knew it was a main road but during my stay the hotel had lots of noisy guests until 3 am and the noises from outside meant I didn’t sleep very well.

Decent location, easy to access lots of sights. The room had everything you need and very large size.

It might be a good idea to modernize the bathroom and replace the large bathtub with a shower cabin. The facade of the building is being renovated, so the windows are covered with canvas.

The location is very good, within walking distance from old town and its attractions - restaurants, cafes, bookstores ... The room is spacious and tidy - we did not use the minibar and coffee machine.

Only negatives were, it said there was a terrace but there wasn't with our room. It also said safety deposit box but although there was one, it was just a lightweight box that wasn't fixed to the wall/wardrobe & didn't work anyway - the room felt secure though and 24hr reception, plus no reviews I saw referred to any thefts, so I was comfortable leaving passports etc in the room & we had no issues. There was a fridge but nothing in it/no mini bar & the tea/coffee sachets were minimal and not replaced during our stay but we just went to the handy mini market 1 min walk away, so was fine.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from University Square & only further few mins walk into old town area. Great pizza and snack/breakfast outlets just 1min walk from hotel, plus a mini market. Metro & bus stops 5 mins walk away. Room fairly basic but clean and everything we needed. Staff were great & lent me a UK adapter to charge my phone. Shower and bath were great, hot water. Smart TV in room. Was happy that room looked as they look in photos online.

There were 2 armchairs in my room that really needed a deep clean.

My room was huge and had windows over 3 sides the street so I could see everything and it was very light. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Used towel and bath mat were hanging on the back of the bathroom door, also bathtub didn't seem to have been cleaned recently and it had the shower head holder broken. Wasn't that soundproof as expected and we could still hear the traffic at 3am.

Very well positioned, right in the city centre, and very close to restaurants and bars and underground secure parking. Very comfortable bed and helpful staff.

Nice location within walking distance to the old town and various attractions. Has very nice bakery a few blocks away (LUCA), highly recommend to try covrig cu visine (rong shape pretzel with 🍒).
