The location of the Vila Siago is a little tricky as it faces a hospital, so there is a chance of being disturbed by the loud sounds of ambulance honk every now and then. But again, that is not the Vila's fault, as Cluj-Napoca is a traffic jam central anyways.

Vila Siago is a cute place, just few minutes away from the very city center, The contactless process of check-in is an absolute luxury, as we didn't have to bother anybody when arriving at the evening. The breakfast was fantastic and rich. Overall, thank you Vila Siago for having us, absolutely recommended.

The room is very comfortable and the bed as well. It all looks very new. There is a nice balcony where you can eat your breakfast and the location is perfect for a short stay in Cluj. Coffee is for free.

Great location close to the old town on a quiet street. I arrived quite late and loved the online check in system as I didn't have to wait around, only I needed to do was to type in the code to enter the building and room. Also, it was nice to have the tea and coffee facilities available at all times free of charge as I missed breakfast because of my late arrival. The reception staff was very helpful, sending additional video tutorials in advance and also allowing me to keep my luggage into storage after check out.

Excellent room and bathroom, both are big, spacious and elegant. Location of the villa is great as well. Easy access to the room by digital key code.

The carpet on the floor was not clean. Besides the dust we found also food leftovers from the previous tenants. The bathroom was a bit undermaintained. Its next to a very busy road and keep in mind that the traffic gets noisy very early in the morning.

The check-in is very easy, and the location is within a walking distance from the historical centre. There's a decent coffee machine in the kitchen. The air conditioner was properly working and provided the much needed chill in the hot August days in Cluj.

It's located a bit uphill so kinda tiring to walk with luggage. However, it's very close to the city center.

Our room is modern and very quiet cuz it's facing inward. It also has AC, which is rare for this price. The receptionist is very helpful in helping us plan our tour. The hotel also has good coffee for free.

There were other tourists on the terrace and they were very load, we could hear them even with the windows closed.

The room was situated in the basement and there were no information about it during booking process. It was humid, dark and loud. The windows were covered and faced to the pavement on busy street. Inadequate price.

The beds are not the most comfortable and is a fairly basic room for the price, for instance we stayed at another hotel in cluj that was half the price and what we got for the extra money was not worth it
