The suite has the second room in a mansarda accessible only by a very dangerous stairs. Bathroom was really small and uncomfortable.

The Building have a perfect position and it is quite in the night. The room was big and comfortable. The restaurant was really good and the breakfast well assorted. Staff in the restaurant kind and professional.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, we had a triple room but only 2 bathrobes, the shower worked well the first day but on the second day, when trying to switch to the rain shower head, water started bursting from all 3 water options, regardless of the setting. The hair drier is very bad, it worked for 1 minute and then you had to let it cool for 10, it had little blow power, so these things would really need to be fixed, they're not suitable for a 4* hotel. Our room was on the kitchen side and it was kind of smelly and noisy. Also, at some point the cleaning lady just bursted into our room, no knock, and even though it was pretty obvious we had already checked in, she kept rambling about some sheets and was pretty close to actually searching the room for them, instead of apologizing and moving along to other rooms. The breakfast options and food quality were not 4*, there were not many options and the food was not great, the coffee was not great, nothing impressive, nothing fancy. The parking lots are a lot less than the number of rooms and you just have to park on the street. Board games, sauna and gym were available as paid services and I think these should be included in the room price and offered as free services, because it's not a nice image for a 4* hotel, but that's just my opinion.

The hotel is ok value for the money, it's clean, the rooms are ok. The beds were comfy, the bathroom products were from Rituals, there's a nice balcony and some rooms have nice views. There is a very nice terrace with trees and a river nearby, the personnel is friendly. We got our room ready a bit sooner than the official checkin time, which was nice. The hotel overall looks good, is pretty modern, the restaurant has some very cool antiques on display. It's a decent stay, but it wasn't extraordinary, not sure I would book it again, to be honest I expected more, based on other reviews and from the photos i saw of it.

Front desk lady went above and beyond to have our room ready for a very early check-in, which made our day after an overnight train trip so much more relaxed. Overall staff were always friendly and helpful.

Parking is tight. I didn't like that we only stayed one night, wish it had been longer.

Fabulous location. Love the balcony. Great restaurant, dinner of salmon with asparagus, and chicken schnitzel were perfectly prepared.

It’s a lot of steps up from the city centre…

The room itself was nothing extraordinary, but we very much enjoyed the balcony (we were on the 3rd floor) overlooking the trees and mountains in the distance… Very peaceful and relaxing

The shower is not the best, water comes extremely hot or cold and the sound isolation through the doors is not good enough to stop any kind of conversation from being heard from the other rooms.

I love the garden, it's quiet, relaxing and the air is pure. The room was great, has everything you need. The eating area is genuenly amazing, you can feel the attention to detail and the effort the put in making the experience as close to perfection as possible. Food was great, not exeptional, but comforting. The staff on the other hand was, exceptional.

The room was above the kitchen and sometimes you can smell the food when you sit on the balcony.

Great location, 10 minutes from the center and on the way to gondola and quiet around the hotel. The hotel staff are very kind. Small parking area but no problem to park on the street. The rooms are clean with large terraces, beautiful garden views. The garden of the restaurant is beautiful and very delicious.

The carpet was ripped and smelly. The person at the reception was confusing, actually telling us that to reach the restaurant we had to go outside, while raining, and take the stairs… later finding out there are interior stairs as well.

Good location, quiet, 15 min walk to the center.
