Mostly minor things, but several: - At the weekend the parties downstairs were loud at night. They even repeatedly popped baloons at 22h on a Saturday night. - The matttess seemed new but became uncomfortable after the 3rd or 4th night. Maybe only in our case. - Breakfast was served in not fully dry plates, with ancient cutlery; boiled water didn't come from the Bucovina bottles placed in plain sight, but from the tap, and the boiler was not cleaned for over a week, which became a problem with the hard tap water. I recommend that the breakfast experience be updated in terms of both utensils, and food choice (better food quality). For example, you could ask people to pre order food in advance, and charge them a small fee.

Great location, free parking, clean room, very nice and helpful cleaning staff, everything about the room was functional. The rooms were all renovated on the first floor, with a pleasant color choice for various materials.

Perhaps the attitude of the lady at the reception desk in the morning. Her way of communicating can be perceived as harsh and bossy.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the center of Ploiesti. The room was clean and decent in size. There is a minibar in the room and a balcony.

The room was REALLY minimalistic. As in, there was no "welcome" book with information; never found out what the wifi-password was, just used my phone hotspot. No toilet roll holder in the bathroom (odd omission) and no kettle for brewing tea/coffee. Which was sad as the breakfast was really not that good. Acceptable but barely. Still: overall this hotel IS good value for money. We will likely choose it again.

Very stylish room - even minimalistic. Like, really: there were the pure essentials and that was it. But that was ok. It was clean, the bed was comfy and everything obviously quite new. Street noise not too bad, I personally slept soundly with window ajar. Technical stuff worked, and nice, new-looking bathroom. All in all this is good value for money. To be recommended.

Very clean, nicely renovated. The hall, the entrance, the room were all spacious and filled with natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was available free of charge. Good breakfast. Very nice neighborhood.

1) The hotel DOES NOT have an elevator. Traveling with luggage of over 50 lbs/bag and being given a room on the 2nd floor was a bit inconveniencing. 2) The receptionist (an older woman) seemed arogant/rude -- reminded me of those communist party leaders from the old days when Romania was a socialist communist country.

Breakfast was OK; staff tried to be as accomodating as possible -- which is nice; the hotel is clean, the rooms are updated and clean; bathrooms were nice (the shower was just perfect!). Around the time I visited Ploiesti, the locals were facing an interesting situation: the lack of hot water. That WASN'T the case for the hotel. Hot water wasn't an issue and the rooms were heated -- it made me feel like a VIP having hot water without restrictions.
