The free breakfast was adequate, the coffee was small, I ordered a second coffee and was charged a high rate for it. It would be nice if they had coffee cups in the rooms with hot water options.Usually hotels here give you water in the rooms, they do not.

The rooms were comfortable, mattress was decent. The room temperature was easy to regulate, and not too hot. I liked the style and quaint simplicity of the decor.

The staff doesn't speak English and we could not get answers to any of our questions about WiFi, parking, or almost anything. The "parking" is too small and it can't realistically fit all the guests' vehicles. The parking in the front is municipal and requires payment. We almost got fined because the staff could not say that. The breakfast is the same every morning, but it comes with complementary orange juice and coffee. The bed is uncomfortable and there aren't enough pillows or covers. It's difficult to set temperature in the shower and water pressure is kinda weak at times. There were strange noises at night.

It's very close to the Castle. Just 5 minutes walking.

The location, the room, the food, everything was great. The staff is very nice! We left the accommodation very early on the last morning, so we received an ample package of cold food the night before. We greatly appreciate it! I can only recommend.

Unfortunately the waiters is also the receptionist so they haven't got to much time for the guests , they can't speak english just a little , this is why they are not too friendly. They didn't told us anything just when we are asking . The breakfast was awful i am not recomand it.

Very unpleasant girl on check in, she didn’t smile or offer any useful information like wifi code or car parking she couldn’t even look at us when we were talking to her. On our last morning we did get a smile out of her but a little too late. Also no fridge in room or water.

Fantastic location. Great food. Loved Maria who was so helpful and pleasant, always smiling and asking how our day was and nothing was a problem for her. You should use her for check ins.

I didn t like that in booking app said that we have the soap and the shampoo, but we hadn't. This is not a minus, but i like the fairness and in the future i like to said that in the front line. Also everything was very beautiful and we surely come back.

In the evening, the restaurant closes at 8:30, p. m. a bit early for the summer months (July). Anyway, the resort is full of restaurants. When I asked about the house wine, they recommended a bottle of wine. They don't have wine by the carafe. The notion of house wine does not mean the presentation of existing bottles in stores.

The strong points of the hotel: it is very close to the Bran castle, it has parking in the yard with enough places, clean rooms with facilities corresponding to a 3-star hotel. Check-in was done in record time. I had booked 3 single rooms and all had double beds. The TV had many channels.

The shower drain was full of hair, so the water just didn't flow in the canalization at all. I had to clean it myself, using the single-use toothbrush, provided by the facility.
