Not sure if it was a bug or feature but the room temperature kept the same and couldn’t be changed which made us suffer a bit from the heat and dry air while it was about 0 degrees outside. The window was to big to be kept open over night. The room didn’t have a safe and the hotel located on a hill, not a big deal but worth mentioning.

We had an excellent stay, The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was very delicious and special. The hotel stuff are very friendly and helped us with a smile when needed. The hotel has free parking and located walking distance from old town area

reception staff is not the best for the industry. maybe it will help for the overall experience if people were more friendly, since it is the first thing you see in a hotel when you check in

Everything was perfect about my stay! Located near the historical city center, with amazing views of the city, this property really takes care of the clients. Attention to details, breakfast is exceptional and tasty, offering a lot of diverse options. Rooms are spacious, breakfast area has an amazing vibe and wonderful views. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Parking spaces are definitely a big advantage for the location. For sure I will return to UpperHouse!

Wonderful stay, impressive view , varied and delicious breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff. We loved the sound coming from the kitchen, congratulations to the young women who wonderfully performed some carols that morning :)

Great location, a 10 minute walk to the Old Center. Very cozy, warm and clean. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. Big plus for having their own parking lot. Totally recommend it

Matress was not good . Room was not serviced properly (Staff did not refill coffee, soap&shampoo, clean cups). Not enough lighting in the room.

Exclusively decorated room and facilities. Very clean and modern. Good atmosphere. Very nice dining room. Breakfast to choose from a menu +coffee, juice, cake and fruits.Good location- close (7-10 minutes walk) to mountain tampa1 and center of old town but yet- not noisy. Private cluse parking place. Very nice view from our room.
