Almost no interaction with staff … self serve checkin and checkout … very stressful checking in. Nil facilities in room … no way to make a cup of coffee in room …. regular sized black coffee downstairs = Aus$7.50. Surcharge of US$50 per night added on weeks after booking …. two nights for room = about Aus$550 … not wirth it. Very poor sound-proofing … huge noise from late-night (ie 4am) revellers coming down the corridor. Tired room .. needs freshening up.

Who knew that having a coffee pot in the room was an upgrade?! Seriously, for the cost, I am sure they can afford to have that simple thing in each room. On the first day I went down to the desk and mentioned that the chair in our room was unusably filthy. It had long black hairs on it, I am blonde, therefor not mine. Not a big deal except the rest of the chair was so full of crumbs and filth that we did not use it. Even after the request at the desk to have it cleaned, it was not tended to during our entire stay. The front staff treated us like an absolute inconvenience.....we were super polite about our request.

The view was spectacular from our room. The location was perfect.

Phone in room was not working. WiFi access code missing. Originally assigned room with one bed instead of two, had to stand in check in line again. Staff member that gave us one bed was more interested in conversation at next position than in checking us in.

The staff on reseption was rude. No coffee mashine on room expite it was executive room. The pool area was noisy because of live DJ, luckily it turned off at 6 pm.

Excellent location on the Strip. Big pool area. Good sized room on top floor (costs extra).

I didn't get to do much cause it was only one night and I got there late and left in the morning. But be sure to buy your water anywhere else as we paid $10 for 1 litter bottle at those stores inside the hotel.

Location is the best. We could walk from the hotel to the strip and close to the main other hotels like Bellagio, Ceasars, etc. Our room had a view for the Bellagio water show and was very good. Beds were comfy and bath and shower were great.

Location is great, views from almost all rooms are good - don’t pay for the view (scam) No toiletries replenished in the 4 nights stay. No shower gel provided. Poor linen, torn n did not change linen during our 4 night stay

I did not like the check in process, not enough workers to help.

The location is prime, but there needs to be an easier check in process, it takes too long. I love the pool and amenities though, the pool is awesome with a great pool DJ.

Check-in took a long time, not clear how to jump the queue as none of the emails I received via Booking.com allowed me to click on the links to take advantage of this service. Casino was particularly smoky compared to others. It's worth knowing that the music at the pool is LOUD, so be prepared in case you were hoping for a lazy lounge in sun...

Room was massive, bigger than any other Vegas hotel I have stayed in, and was quiet with good wifi. I had a great view of The Sphere. Cleaners were very helpful, happy to give extra towels etc. Great location.

No room service. First we knew about this was when I had to ring to ask for more towels and was told I had to book room service in if requested. I’m not a princess by any means, (and don’t care about having my bed made), but we had thrown our towels in the floor as the shower sprayed everywhere and we were worrying about slipping. When the towels got delivered while we were out, we suddenly had a shower curtain! Links for pre-check in and digital check out did not work in either email. Had to line up (incredibly long line for both in snd out) and then used a kiosk as it was quicker than waiting for a person. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. US$2200 for 5 nights was overpriced for what we got. But then we are talking about Vegas, where we found everything to be overpriced!

Location was fabulous. Very central! Room was large, had two Queen size beds and was clean!

Check in and out was confusing since the emails they sent did not work and the check-in lineup was quite long. The room cleaning was pretty bad, pretty much just made the beds, some days they didn't even replace towels just folded them back. There's a lot of hidden charges.

It's a great central location with nice amenities in the hotel as well, connected to the pool, the LINQ promenade and it's right on the Vegas strip. The hotel room views are nice on the higher floors. You get to see the high rollers and the sphere.

Our bathroom door handle was about to fall off, there is also barely any hot water anytime one of us went to take a shower.

The pool was definitely our favorite part. We did however enjoy our time more so at the family pool versus the 21 and over pool partially because even though it was a warm 86° outside the pool water in the Go pool was absolutely freezing.
