The WiFi is basically non-existent. Once you close the room door, the signal is completely gone. They seriously need to do something about that.

The location, size of the rooms and the breakfast were all amazing. The TV in the room had some amazing channels and I got to watch all the football I needed to watch!

The property is central located on the main boulevard. The room is very clean and the breakfast excellent. The personnel is very supportive. The room received had a nice jacuzzi which offered us a perfect relaxation after a long trip; the view from the balcony was splendid.

Passport was stolen from the room, was only cleaned the day before passport was there and next day was gone. Management were unreceptive to acknowledge any responsibility. Ruined what should have been a great trip

The room was maximum 3 stars, old aspect, it really needs an update. The phone is ancient and reception hardly picks up. The bed is at breaking point. As it is close to a main boulevard, there is a lot of noise.

Everything was great

The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. A big tv and very good WiFi. The staff was very friendly . They allowed me to stay in the room free of charge as I was not feeling well till 3.30 when I left for the airport to travel back to UK. Big thank you to the night and day receptions. The breakfast was lovely plenty selection of food just to give you energy and a good start of the day. I highly recommend this hotel. Great location and very good value for money

The Hotel looked a bit tired , worn carpets , some lights not working , pool out of service , lift out of service , mismatched plumbing fittings etc. No tea/ coffee facilities in room , no room service or wifi details in the room . Breakfast was disappointing with no tea/coffee/juice/milk available on two of the three days . I guess perhaps this was a timing thing although never saw more than one other quest at breakfast and i usually went between 7.30-8 so not exactly at the end of the window .

Helpful and pleasant staff at reception , Good size room and a comfortable bed . Nice TV , It was a smart TV although it largely failed to connect to the wifi unfortunately, possibly just a temporary wifi issue . Room was well cleaned throughout my stay . Perfectly adequate for my purposes .

The room that we were initially given, had a problem with the windows, you could hear every car that passed by, the plumbing smelled horribly, and the heating in the room was not working. There was a party in the hotel, which we were not told about, and they blasted the music till 3 AM.

The hotel is old and dated. The room we had was on the 4th floor and the lift only goes up to 3rd floor. The room looked and felt unclean. The bed spread was dirty. The bathroom is in need of renovation. One of the sinks was cracked. The jacuzzi was so dirty I didn't even attempt to use it. The bathroom had a really unpleasant smell perhaps from the sewage system. The entire hotel needs renovation and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Perhaps a 3 star at its best. Also the cleaner tried to claim that we used a chocolate and a wine bottle from the minibar which were missing in the first place probably because she didn't replace them before we checked in. Disappointed and will not book again.
