We didn’t like the fact that we were been informed that the SPA is open and when wanted to go for a jacuzzi sesion, we were been informed that it’s closed. The SPA zone was a main decision factor to book this hotel and was a bit’ disapoined.

We really enjoyed the cozy of the room after a full day of ski in Transalpina. The tempreture into the rooms was perfect. The room and also the batroom was clean. The breakfast was good, not so many tipes of choices but important is that was delicious.

Excellent breakfast. The location is suitable for excursionists and hikers. Staff very friendly. They also have an excellent kitchen where you can get authentic Romanian food.

There are several things that I did not appreciate. Bathroom was very small and crowded. One very small TV on the wall (of course I don't go on holiday to watch TV, but still... it looked cheap and ugly). Sometimes it was hard to find someone at the reception desk. It was cold in the restaurant. SPA access was restricted (because of COVID they said), even though other SPA facilities in the area were open. Last but not least, they were not EV friendly.

The room (excluding bathroom) was large enough to be very comfortable. Overall clean and functional.

Some tourists probably smoked in the room, it was a smell of tobacco in the room. The position of the toilet - the builder should be sent to jail for that.

The room has a very large balcony. The beds were comfy.

I am sorry to say this, but this is NOT a four stars hotel. I mean, on paper, it is a 4*, but the facilities are a solid two stars, maybe 3 stars. The staff is helpful (when you see them), and some of them are even nice, but for some of them, you have the impression that you are bothering them. The rooms are not 4-star rooms by far, and the bathrooms are way tinier than it supposed to be. The price was OK tough, but I think they should advertise it as 2 stars and let the guest be surprised then advertise it as 4 stars and have the guest be disappointed. IF, for example, you went to breakfast at 9 AM (breakfast started at 8 AM), you could eat your eggs cold, which was not by accident as I saw no heater under the recipient, so it is probably like this every morning. This is not a way to serve breakfast in a 4-star hotel. The receptionist was rarely there; you had to be a detective to track some of them down in the storage where was (I observed) the coffee gathering (maybe the morning meeting). Wellness: Smelly because of mold and small. The only thing we were brave enough to use was the sauna. Rooms were not properly insulated, so if the next room was partying, you had to party too (if you have children, choose another hotel maybe). We will surely not go back there even if the price is not high at all - I mean not high for a 4 stars hotel :)

The breakfast was good. Same food each morning, but the taste was good. They changed the towels and cleaned the room often. The cleaning lady was nice. Decent sauna. One receptionist was nice and helpful.

There was a team building in the hotel and they organized a party.... It was impossible to sleep for the others. And the SPA is not working properly, only the jacuzzi worked.

The rooms were old and not worth a 4 stars rating, more like a 2 stars pension. The parking in front of the hotel was full, we had to squeeze our car in a very tiny slot.

The location of the hotel was good and the prices in the restaurant were low, quality of the food was quite good.

after a long day riding I came across this place by chance. the facilities, gym, sauna and jacuzzi worked perfectly.

My room was double booked, the canal of the bathroom was blocked. The breakfast was nothing special and there was no one to tell/offer me a coffee, I had to ask for it. And the lady practically does not know how to make a propper cappuccino. Pity for the good machine there. There were couple of homeless dogs around- which is basically not a problem but how could I know if they are agressive or not.

The geografic location is nice.
