How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Not enough artificial lighting at night in the room. Low noise isolation. The safe is not fixed to the wall.
Great friendly staff, always ready to help and offer their services. Upon arrival in the room, we were waiting for a welcome dessert from the staff and a welcome card written by hand with the signature of the staff. Brand new cozy hotel with clean room. The room has two bathrobes, two sets of slippers, a safe. A large bed with comfortable mattress. And excellent breakfast for this level of hotel.

Very cozy hotel in splendid shape. The rooms are clean, warm and modern. Regardless of service needed, the hotel staff is there any time in the day to assist.

One of the best hotels I've ever been! It is all about quality there to the last detail... The staff is extremely nice and helpful... They even provide a free portable WiFi router in case you want to visit the town. The breakfast also very good with a lot of things to choose from... Free secure parking! Everything was amazing...

Indeed nothing to mention.
There was one night in Belgrade between the flights that I spent in the Hotel Mint. Preliminary I have read other comments (all positive) but still tried not to have any overestimations since usually there is always something in a room or hotel that annoys. So…this is not the case for Hotel Mint! Meaning I was satisfied with everything: reception and check-in, very polite and attentive personnel, very clean and cozy room made with comfort for a client. Comparing all this with the price, The Hotel satisfied me more than 100%. Thank you!

Belgrade is becoming an expensive city.
Modern facility at quiet location close to center. Hospital and proffessional staff. Attention to details is present. Secured private parking in place. Excellent breakfest.

I liked everything
Very clean, comfortable and very supportive personnel. Helped me with renting a car, order food and set up internet. Breakfast is very filling and tastes fresh, there is also a large variety of dishes.

A smallish hotel in a quiet residential area near Centar station. A bus ride from the city centre. Very comfortable room with mini-bar (sensible prices!) and a safe. Excellent self-service breakfast regularly and speedily replenished as food was taken, right up to finishing time- this is something that does not happen everywhere! Very helpful reception staff who did everything they could to help me trace my lost suitcase.

Location isn't 10/10 it's ok if the 40/41 bus is running properly, but Belgrade is horrendous for public transport so would have been nice to be closer to the centre. Also would have preferred firmer pillows, but that's a personal preference and to be honest everything was really great.
The staff were awesome. Very helpful when our flight got cancelled last minute. Breakfast was good, the hotel itself is really nice, the rooms are big and spacious. Pretty much everything was really great and we'd stay again if we came back to Belgrade.

Undoubtedly the strong point of this hotel is the very friendly and helpful reception staff. Located in a quiet yet central part of Belgrade, it is an excellent choice for walking downtown. Breakfast was surprisingly good for such a small hotel. The room was Ok with a big bathroom. The two big windows allowed fresh air and natural light in.
