We did not like to the two receptionist ( who was on duty on 21 August from 10.00 am to 22.00 ) OF both hotels as they misbehave with us and some guests also complaint the same issue as us.

All good according to value for money.

One of the receptionists in her mid-thirties was very rude. Does not feel good talking with her. Rest all people at the reception are very nice and humble.

The location of the hotel is good. Easy connectivity towards the Belgrade city center. The cleaning staff were really helpful, changing towels, providing shampoos and soaps daily. The people at reception were also good but i found one the lady, may in her thirties at the reception is very rude.

There was a lot of noise and suspicious men inside the hotel, I would not recommend to women travelling alone. Also, we had an AC but no remote for it.

It is a fair exchange for a 2★ hotel, plus the location is really great. Big bathroom, OK bedroom, enough if you're for a short stay.

The room was slightly dated in style and design and wasn't 100% clean - hygienically it was perfect just a few small aesthetic stains on the walls and the like. Soulless and cavernous hotel, which I like but it isn't for everyone if you want style or personality in a hotel.

It's a massive hotel with everything standardized and impersonal (in a good way) that you would expect. The wifi was very strong and reliable. Everything was in good working order - shower was hot and reliable, beds were fine, lights were good, and the room was much bigger than I had expected. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the main bus station or the main square and is simple to navigate and near many bus and tram stops. Staff printed a ticket for me and didn't mind that I checked out a bit late.

The door was not able to lock so i had to put the chair fo secure the room during night and i could open ti wirhout the keys from the outside since the begining.

The hotel has definitely seen better days but it's good value for money. Perfectly clean and safe though.

A little to big for one person Due to an accident on the train I was coming with from Montenegro, I did not arrive before 04.00 at night.

The doors to the rooms don't seem that secure.

This room was exactly as I needed. It is is a great position in the city and close to the bus and tram net work. There are many cafes and restaurants very close by.

Air conditioner in the room wasn't working, the wifi wasn't working and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain coming, when entered the room.

The staff is quite rude and don't care about the customers. The two lady receptionists do not even answer politely. One of them refused to print a document for us. I believe that a request to print a document is not an unreasonable request to make as a hotel guest. The male receptionist who was present at night was quite nice and finally printed it for us. The lady receptionists are a pain to deal with. Also, wi-fi was quite poor. The signal strength was low on the 7th floor and it keeps reconnecting.

The room was quite clean and was comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the city centre so it is a great location.

It's quite noisy. This is not traffic noise, some coolers are working. They don't turn them off until midnight, and sometimes they work non-stop.

The room was recently renovated. As always well cleaned. My note is that the hotel garage is only open from 07:00 until 19:00. In my case, it was closed even before 7 p.m. The good thing is that there is an open paid parking lot nearby

The size of the room itself is just ok with average facilities. The bathroom seems newly decorated in a good size.

The hotel locates on the big square, very close to a minibus terminal from the main airport. It is very close to the main cathedral. It takes about twenty minutes to get to the centre. Breakfast is one of the best.
