Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomFloor in room was hard floor, but from material that didn't go well with water and therefore looked as if it was on its way out. Sure it would be easy to rectify.
Great location, close to Pavelyetskya and Novokudnetskya, lots to do, good spa over the weekend and nice room. Staff were courteous and efficient. Access to the Mercure bar next door was very useful.

Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the metro stop. Downtown Moscow (Gum, red square) is about 20-30 minutes walk through a nice neighbourhood. Hotel is nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. Sauna and steam room can be used for free from Friday to Sunday.

SpainBreakfast is always the same. Many lamps in the room do not work. The water came out everywhere the hose was ripped and when calling reception they never sent anyone. It is very expensive for what they offer. Price-quality ratio is bad.
