Bus service is not qualified to serve the hotel guests. I was there first of may. There was only One bus most of time with one driver ! Dirty bus, long time to catch the bus and of-course not enough seats. On my second day after Eshaa’ prayer, i waited the bus at Haram side for about 30 minutes with no result! When i get back to Elaf with another hotel bus i asked the security about the bus he said “the bus is on the gas station”

Location was not easily findable. Other than that everything was excellent.

Excellent hotel. Value for money. Recommended for families. Parking easy to find in the front and back of the hotel. Location is little difficult since the Google map drive you crazy due to the closure of one road. So put shar e rahma and then put the hotel name to reach the inner connecting road. 15 SR to haram for taxi to reach Gate No 1 Abdulaziz gate. If you ride in govt bus, they will drop you near the bus station which you need to walk for about 10 min and difficult to walk if u have small kids and hot weather. I took taxi and easy to reach haram in 5 min. Hotel receptionist was friendly and allowed late check-in and check out depends upon the availability of the rooms which is customer focused.

The shuttle was too crowded after Isha prayer on a few days.

The receptionist was great, and offered excellent advice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Room service is excellent. The bus is always available to take you to the Haram, walking distance to the King Fahd and King Abdel Aziz Doors.

This hotel is much better in terms of rent. Provides more facilities for less money. But there is no Pakistani food restaurant nearby which causes problems

Breakfast is open buffet , but it was very overpriced and tasteless. I tried for 2 days.. did not find 1 food item that tastes good.

The rooms are very clean, staff clean it daily without need to nag them about it. Compared to other hotels in Mekka, this was really comfy. The bus is always there to take you to Haram. It was just a bit of walk from where it parks near Haram to the Haram gates.

There was a bit of chaos at check in with people waiting a long time for their rooms even though that wasn’t the case for us there wasn’t anywhere for us to hang our clothes and when maintenance was called 2 people came to check at different times but the problem was never solved they just come in take pictures and leave The room is small for two people and you can barely fit a praying mat The food at the buffets is meh their فول is the only thing i enjoyed

The location is really good with buses coming around the clock and very close to haram The staff are friendly and smiley The room and bathroom are decently clean though i expect more from a 4 star hotel Overall I will definitely consider the hotel again on my next visit to Makkah especially in ramadan

Food/Breakfast was very cold and not much choice.

1- I stayed in the hotel 3rd Time but I never had any problem, but this time I was very disappointed because I stayed 6 days all 6 days Breakfast was very cold and not much choice of eating, in other means, we wasted money on Breakfast. The bread was very hard couldn't eat it at all, The food was Tasteless. I am sorry to say my family were disappointed. 2. We went to Medina and My son left his Trainer in the room when we came back from Midian we contacted twice on the Receipton but no reply 2nd time I went to Reception again I was told to wait and then they forgot I was waiting and standing on the Reception after 20 minutes I reminded them I m still waiting than I have been told to speak to Manager then I went to Manager room same man he said to me for wait he was chatting with Manager and said to me Ohh sorry you go to your room we will find your Shoes. Sorry this is very unprofessional Behaviour We were so disappointed.

Dirty room , sticky marbles , sheets and pillow case looks dirty, towel needs to be renewed looks over aged.

The shuttle bus to masjid al haram and breakfast was excellent for the price. The service was late but its exceptable due to many check ins.

My only complaint is that i couldn't communicate with the room service boys in any language and hence they couldn't do what I needed in regard of cleaning the room (sweeping and cleaning the toilet's floor). The hotel must take this issue more seriously to achieve best stay experience for its guests. Please have more interest in rooms cleaning during the guests stay.

The booking was very easy and the reception team was cooperative, they always answer your needs. The room beds are very comfortable and neat. the toilets are clean, fully equipped and non smiley. The location is great, only 2-4 min by bus to Masjed Al Haram. They were flexible at check-in and out. Many supermarkets and restaurants are within 5 min walks. The Hotel is near to Azizya which has all your needs (food, shopping, services). I really recommend it for families and even Umra 1 night stay. Inshallah will definitely stay there again.
