How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Well I booked the property with bed and breakfast but to my disappointment, they said when I booked at that time was breakfast offer but now no more , well I argued with them and they agreed to provide the breakfast , rooms were good but dust were visible on tables , also the master bedroom bathroom has some issues in which water was not draining out fast . Also sink tap was not fixed and it was loose

Toilet Fixtures need to be improved, some of the furniture in room (wardrobes & tables) are quite old and slightly damaged. But the rest of everything is great and very comfortable! we enjoyed our stay and were looked after quite well by the staff. Breakfast Buffet was not available due to Eid Holidays (their staff was on leave) but they sent us a nice breakfast tray in the room which cheered us up & also had a nice complimentary saudi coffee cattle with dates & tahina : )
Hotel is nice & clean. Staff is very cooperative & friendly. They provided us whatever we requested for (breakfast in the room, which was amazing!) as well as a mattress. They allowed an early check-in too : ) it is very close to King Khalid Park & Cultural Center. Front & Back side parking is available at the Property.

2 bedroom suite had only one bathroom. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10 but nearly everything finished before 9 15.

the hotel was supposed to allow checking at 16:00, I made my trip in a way to get there at that time however they only made the room available at 16:35, it didn't look much, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was driving for almost 8 hours and this certainly made a difference for me :(

The breakfast had Arabic food on our first day, and I requested the reservation number and the reception to provide at least bread. They improved it the next day, but still, breakfast needs improvement by adding a few more English dishes. The lights in rooms and lounge need to be increased because, in low light, it was difficult to read/study. There must be mirrors and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi needs improvement and stability. I sent some suggestions to the reservation via WhatsApp and the reservation welcomed our requests and suggestions and promised to address them.
The staff was very nice and cooperative, and most of the staff at the reception were able to communicate in English and were welcoming. The hotel's reservations WhatsApp kept in touch throughout for support and suggestions. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the environment was good. The parking space was excellent.

The toilet needs to be changed . There wasn’t enough towels. The shower wasn’t working properly. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast experience wasn’t pleasant. No black coffee and when I asked they told me it’s not on the breakfast menu and they were kind to give me one cup for free but no more.

The juice offered with the breakfast was of inferior, ready made non-fresh quality.
Great breakfast! during my stay it was delivered to the room. They offered hospitality of dates and Arabic coffee which was of excellent quality. The amenities in the room were generous and good quality. Wi-Fi was free and fast. Parking was available for free on the front and at the back. The room was clean and spacious.
