Cons - Mainly cleanliness. I killed 2 cockroaches in the room, 5 in the toilet 😅 - There was no room service all three days. (Didnt ask, but they didnt offer as well) - No amenities provided (only 1 towel and 1 shampoo). - One side of the king bed mattress was sunken😅 - Water quality in toilet is so bad, and the pressure is very low. 🚿 - Room is a bit smelly, curtains dirty, and AC veery dusty(didnt use it, it was winter).

Stayed here for three days.. basically you get what you pay for. This was the cheapest hotel i found that is in a good location. Pros: - CHEAP! Paid SAR610 (including tax) for 3 nights. - Right in front of a bus station (didnt use it though, had a car) - Central location ( if u have a car or using taxi)

The room was old with old fixtures and broken room double locks. No toiletries, towels, sleepers and no water kettle available in the room even it was mentioned in rooms descriptions. Only 2 thin and old pillows in old uncomfortable king size bed mattress. The was not clean especially the bathroom with bonus of cockroaches.

Old furniture , bed mattress is not comfortable at all. The room floor is not even with an old carpet . The water in the tap was cut off for a short period of time, fixed when I called . I moved to another hotel the following day

Amenities were very few in the washroom and room. TV quality was poor due to connection issues. There is no parking, you have to park on the road. The internet speed was pretty slow. There are no food outlets nearby, a coffee shop is located right next to it.

The hotel was near to my conference destination. The washroom was clean and spacious.

The room is old, Carpet is old & smelly, the furniture is old & a bit dirty too, it needs replacement, AC is old and needs cleaning, also, there was no sunlight in our room so it felt like suffocating sometimes, lastly, the water tastes weird, maybe something related to their water storage. They don't provide new towels or bedsheets daily because they always have limited stock, so it is better to carry your own towels, toothbrush (not provided), and toothpaste (not provided).

The staff & manager is helpful, but they need reminders sometimes, the location is on the main road, easy to access, Also, there is a Metro Station in front of the Hotel, Metro is not yet started though, there is a Cafe, an Arabic Restaurant and a Small Supermarket besides the Hotel. For Vegetarians, there is Sarvana Bhavan (which Serves South Indian, North Indian, Fastfood, and Chinese Food) within a 20-minute walk.

The problem we encounter are the bed sheets, linens seems like unwashed, there are cockroaches .

The facilities are old and not functioning well. The air conditioning was leaking and it’s making an annoying sound. The pillow wasn’t changed, there was still hair from previous tenant. The smell inside the room is unpleasant.

The most important thing in any hotel or guesthouse is to feel welcome. My husband was not welcomed courteously on checking in to the hotel. In fact, he felt that the reception desk was rude and hostile at first. His work requirements were not facilitated, and this caused him stress. I also was not greeted when I went past reception, and there were no smiles or warmth. It is very simple to smile and welcome people and let them know that you wish them the best and and want to help them. It does not cost anything, and yet it is the most important thing. Please guys, do better. The carpet could do with a deep clean, and it would be nice if there were a few plates and cups, but we are not really bothered about all that. I'm sure things will be better next time. The location is fantastic, and it is great value for money, so I am sure we will be back!
