The beach was nice but the sea smell and it was dirty, perhaps from the nearby sewer from the city to the sea. But we were travelling all the time.

The apartment was large, nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Nothing negative to say. Apartments are good size. If staying on this side of island and self-catering, a decent value.

The lawn/beach area is done tastefully. This portion of Grand Anse can get windy with some waves, and algae on the beach … but great breeze, and you would not know that on the lawn chairs and view over water. Elodie was great at communicating and accommodating. The apartments are good size, new, spotless, and plenty of deck space. Get one closer to water and away from road if possible. Elodie also was very welcoming and walks you to the apartment with a quick walk through rather than just handing off keys. We had an early depart, they made breakfast ahead of time for us, I imagine the full breakfast would even be better.

Most sights and trips are one the other side of the island. But with a rental car you get everywhere within 20 minutes.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a choice of eggs which is brought to the appartment. Beautiful garden. Beach is close but there are nicer ones to spend the day at. All in all a perfect place, especially for people who ar planing to cook/use the kitchen.

Large, clean and comfortable self catering apartment. Exceptionally good staff who were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Close to airport and beach (though the beach had a lot of seaweed - other fantastic beaches are less than an hour drive). Mini market and restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend the apartment.

The weather was not very good the time I was there so ocean had a lit of weeds. Could not swim. It is also far from the more beautiful and swimmable beaches. Breakfast is good but could be better in terms of quality.

I loved that it was very clean, Guest Relations officer is wonderful and attentive also responsibe to any request. Its also a safe area wirh a few good restaurants.

We recommend the chef to toast the bread for breakfast. It would have a nicer taste. Nothing to do with the stay, but guests need a rental car to discover the island.

We really liked Ocean Jewels, although it was a very short stay. Elodie was so helpful before our arrival in helping find us a rental car. The room was huge with a living room, a nice terrace, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in our room and was of good quality. The staff were kind and helpful. We even had the possibility to take a shower before leaving the island. We highly recommend staying in Ocean Jewels..

The Living/dining hall doesn't have an air- conditioner. Hope they do something about this :) . Even though its sea facing property, its not advisable to go into the sea in this area.

We were a group of 4 and had the whole villa to ourselves. Pretty spacious it was. Rooms were really clean and comfy. We got the sea view facing villa. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. They have free car parking inside the property.

The standard rooms with garden view actually face the road which is not as pleasant, definitely recommend the villa. The living rooms are very hot without AC but the bedrooms stay cool which is good. The beach is not as nice on this side as the Côte d’Or side but we knew this in advance and wanted to be closer to the airport and Anse Georgette so we didn’t mind, the location was perfect for us.

We had a really nice stay at Ocean Jewels, we upgraded from a garden view room to a two bedroom villa and we had absolutely beautiful views overlooking the ocean and the front garden. The breakfast was delicious and served practically on the beach, we loved eating with our feet in the sand. Elodie made our stay absolutely wonderful, she was super attentive, driving us to the beach and to the airport, and was incredibly kind and helpful in facilitating our upgrade when we were unhappy with our first room. She is a gem at Ocean Jewels.

The sea wasn’t clean to swim , so many seaweeds, but all that side of the island has it. And anyway being on a Praslin you must go and explore all the famous and beautiful beaches of the island!

• Interior of the room is great , very clean apartment. •Was also good to have a breakfast by the sea. •Staff is very friendly and professional. •Thanks to a hotel for a nice surprise on my birthday, they brought us a bottle of wine, was a really nice gesture. •Bus stop is near by, 2 min walk from the property and only 5-7 min in a bus (which will cost you 1$) , then 15 min walk to reach the famous beach Anse Georgette. Buses go every 30 min or every 1 h. always better to check with the driver. •Also local people said if you keep going in a bus couple of min further to Terasse sur Lazio then from that point you will need 15 min walk to another famous beach in the world Anse Lazio. ** Note on the way to Anse Georgette will be trail that can take you to Anse Lazio as well but will take you longer up to an hour. but it’s beautiful. •

The roads do not have pavements and are not pedestrian friendly. The vehicles on the road are driven at a very high speed and are a safety hazard for pedestrians. The public bus frequency is not at all good and taxis are very expensive.

The manager and staff went out of their way to help us with everything that we needed in terms of breakfast requirements, information about transport and places to visit and local shops to buy essentials.

It is located slightly in outskirts.. Good to have your own transport in order to visit other parts of a Prasline. Few things for the kids could be added & At least Fan in living too.

Small thing: a bit more local/tropical fruit offer during breakfast would have been great. Air conditioning in the living room could be useful, but the fan is quite strong.

Staff are amazing. I don't know all of their names, so I will only mention Elodie, who was there to help with anything we needed and is simply a very nice and kind human being.

I loved everything! The kitchen was full of equipmnent, there was clean, a lot of space, access to garden straight from your living room and bedroom. The lady who worked there was totally helpful and so nice. I would like to come back there one day. Thank you for your hospitality :)

The only thing we disliked was the absence of aircondition in the living room. You can turn on the aircondition in bedroooms but it takes time to cool the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean Jewels. We were welcomed with fresh juice upon arrival. Elodie was very helpful. She recommended us good places, where to eat, what to do, she found a solution when our booking to La Dugue was cancelled. She is also a very kind person so you can rely on her all the time. She also organised two dinners at the property, that we enjoyed so much, especiallly fish. There’s a small beach in the backyard where you can relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms tidy. I strongly recommend this place. Good value for money.

Big appartment directly on the beach. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There are mini markets close by as well as nice restaurants. You make choice what to eat for breakfast which they bring to the appartment each morning.
