Some issues with ants in the kitchen and blowing water with Jets but no heat. No air conditioning in the main living area but seems to be pretty typical of the area. The beach has a lot of seaweed on it but is otherwise very nice.

Nearby beach was not the best one, good for walks and watching of sunset but for bathing we preferred to travel to Anse Kerlan which is 7min driving, or other beaches in island.

We spent 16 days in Ocean Villa and it was great pick. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Bathroom was a little dated and whirlpool didn’t work. Around this time of year the beach is covered in seaweed so swimming on this side of the island is not possible but this is obviously not something the property has any influence on.

Incredibly lovely staff who go out of their way to assist and make your stay as comfy as possible. Meticulously clean and room service every day. We received a free upgrade which was awesome. Kitchen has literally anything you need and can think of. Welcome fresh coconut and some free items in the fridge such as water, milk, bread, butter, juice, jam.

Ocean Villa was in a nice quiet location beach front but walking distances to shops and restaurants. Ailyn made us feel really welcomed and nothing was too much of a bother. The place was very clean and everything was well maintained. We stayed at Ocean Villa for 4 nights and enjoyed the Island of Praslin, mainly due to having great accommodation to come back to after visiting places. I will highly recommend Ocean Villa to anyone visiting Praslin.

The walk to the shop was 10 minutes by the beach or busy road. A small detail.

The apartment is perfect, new, clean with all the facilities needed. We were welcomed with some stock in the fridge and fresh coconuts. The hosts on site very helpful, attentive to our every request. The apartment was cleaned every day. The property has its own entrance to the beach and you can take long lonely walks there.

The beach by the property is perfect, there are sun beds provided by the hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful. The owner is also a friendly and welcoming. She gave us mango from her garden. We asked for a dinner and they cooked a meal for us. 25 euros per person. The room has everything, there are supermarkets, change office very close. We had a car and travelled everywhere easily. It is 5 min to the airport.

The place is a little dated but it was very spacious and very comfortable.

The staff - a Filipino couple who run the place were fantastic and made our stay. They were very much can do and anything we wanted was sorted nothing was too much trouble. They cooked us a fabulous meal of grilled fish and chicken curry at a very reasonable price. Staff can make or break your trip - I am very grateful to these guys for looking after us so well. Thanks very much

We had a great time staying in Ocean Villa in Praslin. Dorothy & Elaine helped us with booking a car reservation in Praslin (not easy at this season) as well as a day boat tour from Praslin to Curieuse island… The house is two stories and can fit easy a big family. Everything is so clean and nice. You have a private garden,just open the gate and 2-3 meters to the ocean beach with so nice sandy beach. You also have a hot tab in the garden as well as all garden furnitures..close to the house you can find supermarkets with all is requested for staying.. Highly recommended in Praslin !!!

The house is on the beach with a very nice Jaccuzi, it is brand new and the kitchen is absolutely fully equipped . They simply thought about every thing you may ever need. Even plastic boxes to store foods . Aylin the host is amazing, very hosputable, she also cooked us a great dinner and was simply excellent!

It's a fair bit of distance from the main part of Praslin. But we hired a car, so driving around was not a problem.

A cozy villa. Although it was facing the road, the ocean was just a few steps away. This was one of the 3 villas, the others had better views. But it was good value. Would recommend hiring a car, otherwise it will be very expensive getting around Praslin.

We loved staying here, Ayleen our Host, was super friendly and helped us organize a Trip to curieuse. The house is located next to the beach with is long and empty and good for a run or Sunset walks. Our Appartement was cute and very clean, everything you need was there. We often used the kitchen, which was well equiped. Thanks for the nice experience!
