Door needs to be shaved off so it is quieter for the other guests at night.

The ladies were very accommodating with breakfast, since we were the only guests at the place for the last two nights.

The house is really nice. The bedrooms are in the basement, everything is very clean. The common areas also. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Perfect place for a stay near the city. The parking is free and it is easy to get to the centre either by car or tram.

For the price, I would expect soap and shampoo in the shower.

A nice B&B, very comfortable and clean. The place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood, next to a tram station. A decent breakfast was included.

Not very sound proof!

Very close to liseberg park. A tram station is right outside the house. The beds were super comfortable and rooms were spacious. Snacks was available in the kitchen.

I went to this place with pretty low expectations for the price we paid, but I was surprised with the quality we received in return. It wasn't a top hotell. I got what I paid for.

It was a bit cold in the room as the rooms are in the basement of the house.

a nice little place in a villa area and not so far from Delsjö area which is big area for hiking and running. Coffee and cookies were avialble at any time for the guests, That is a nice gesture. It's also just a short walk to Liseberg the big amusement park and to a big ICA shop. There is tram stop basically just outside but it was not disturbing.

Room 5 didn’t have internet, it seems like they were having a problem with wifi router

Personally, I feel the bed is a bit inclined, becasue I always feel I would fall down from the bed gradually. Also, there is no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, this is a bit inconvenient

Service is very nice, the host is very friendly and patient. Breakfast is good, location is perfect, very close to the tram.

I had the furthest room and sometimes I temporarily lost the wifi connection on my laptop. I never lost the wifi connection on my phone, though. But I could always go to the kitchen or outside in the yard to get work done. The wifi connection was excellent there.

The women who greeted me were THE most welcoming people I've ever met in my life. The location is fantastic, the yard was beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty. Complimentary tea/coffee and cookies for the rest of the day. The room was larger than I expected, beds were comfortable. It was overall a very positive experience. This is the only place I would recommend to anyone who visits Gothenburg. 5:ans B&B is the best in this price class.

I loved the set up of this guest house - all the guests are in a separate part of the house with shared showers and toilets that were very clean! The room was very big and breakfast amazing. The staff were very friendly and kind

The sink in the bathroom was too close to the mirror. That made it difficult to properly wash your hands or face. All in all the bathroom was a little bit too narrow for me.

Location is quite good, after taking the airport shuttle to the city centre, we only had a 2km walk to the house. There were no large safety deposits asked from us and we just walked in the house with the provided code and went downstairs to our room. Walking in our room we were greeted with nicely made beds with white robes and fresh towels for going in the shower. The matress was really comfortable after a plane flight. Although the breakfast is served from 8:30 till 9:30, we could comfortably sit in the kitchen till around 10:00. Check-out also wasn’t strictly till 11:00, so there was no rush in the morning for us to leave which was really pleasant.

No sound isolation, so we heard all our neighbors. Luckily, they were quiet.

Very cozy place with a tram stop nearby in a quiet place. Helpful and attentive personnel, tasty breakfast. Good value for money, we recommend!
