Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe restaurant was very busy so I made a reservation for later in the evening. After getting my table and a drink I had to wait for a very long time to place the order. Long enough for the staff to apologize and they offered the food for free!

The room is clean and big. The bathroom is modern. Several choices for breakfast, the atmosphere is warm. Ample parking nearby.

SwedenIn the room, the bed size shelves are way too small to be useful and there is not enough space or hooks for towers in the bathroom. No tea or coffee making in the rooms either. However, you can get 24 hour tea and coffee at the lobby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate without being fancy. The best thing is the waffles. Special applaud to the restaurant manager - Marliana(not sure if I spelled correctly)she was very passionate about making guests feel welcome. It is a good hotel for an overnight stay. Free parking.

SlovakiaA little bitt too little places to store our stuff - nearly no shelfs in bathroom - hardly to hold our toothbrushes, no bedside tables. No wardrobe, no shelfs... I cannot imagine to stay in this room for longer stay (we stayed for two nights, for this it was ok).
Nice renovated, clean room. Modern outlook, comfy bed. Great breakfast. Good location, quiet, e-car charging possible.

The room was very cold when I checked in, which is fine, but the heating controller was hidden in the "last corner" and it took a long time to heat up the room at least a bit. The breakfast buffet was rather empty by 08:30AM and not much has been done to replenish it.

FinlandThe headboard sounded a lot even when you move just a little in the bed. The gym that was available to guests was not very equipped. We had a burger and and escalope in the hotel restaurant. The burger was good but the escalope unfortunately didn't taste much at all.
