Nothing below is a negative just possible improvements. These things did not matter to us not even 1% :) Cutlery could be renewed i.e. plates are old but we enjoyed the meal we cooked eating off them plates :) The Wi-Fi didn’t work, we arrived late so we didn’t feel like disturbing the host at late night to fix it. We used our mobile roaming data which was totally fine too :) The fridge was off I couldn’t turn it on but it didn’t worry us as we didn’t have too much to put in it, we put the beers at the balcony it was -17*C outside so it did the trick ;) Yes we also missed the turn but I put it to the late arrival in complete darkness and shortly after missing the turn we took a U-turn and arrived at perfectly safe :) The apartment had three single beds which are not dressed, allow for this at arrival :) also allow for undressing the beds after use at checkout. We were too tired to dress two beds so we just slept in one single bed :)) and had a great night sleep.

We celebrated our New Year’s Eve in Mira’s place. Mira is extremely welcoming host, she cleaned off the snow from our SUV while we were checking out, I have never seen such a hospitable and caring host in my entire life. We booked the upstairs apartment which was a bed-sit-kitchen with balcony, blinds were really good and dark. The apartment was really nice warm and cosy felt like home away from home, 200% value for money. Mira also allowed us very late checkout 2:30pm at no extra cost because we arrived late that evening at 10pm while she waited for us that late to let us in the apartment. You have to take your shoes off at the entry point to the apartment which I really liked. Shower was lovely and hot. Well done Peter, you are amazing to have built all this by yourself :) keep it going. Definitely visiting Mira again :)) Thank you for an amazing

I was disappointed that the house was not waterfront, but I knew that was the case before booking. I did enjoy the walk down to the properties waterfront cabin and spent time down there taking in the wonderful views and relaxing sounds. I sat at the desk and thought, I sure would like a pad to sit on- right inside the door there were seat pads for outside. This is how things work, if might like something just look, Mira has already thought it through and it is likely right there close by. Enjoyed my stay! Relaxing…. Tack så mycket.

I was impressed and comfortable from the start! Mira made me feel welcome and I felt as if someone cared that I had made the reservation and wanted me to enjoy my stay.

The building housed two guest rooms we were in room 1 but the guest in room 2 appeared to have an upstairs accommodation above our room, the noise was fairly loud from a ?tv or his IPad...and talking loud on a phone and walking about till about 10.20 pm Spoilt our experience The drinks tray with large kettle, pretty mugs, had loose tea on offer with some sugar, no spoon, no coffee.. The wardrobe one section was taped off private but the other part was shelves and had items on them, so no hanging space in the room, no door hooks, none inside the bathroom either.. There was a internet device that flashed red then blue it was sat on top of a book case I didn’t moved it ,,but as I’m sensitive to light flashing , but for others might in be a problem

This wasn't a turn-off for us - more of a flip side of the location being so perfect: be warned that there's a 20-minute or so drive from the motorway to the location by local roads - and we even saw a doe cross the road right in front of us!

We stayed here as a stopover on a long road trip with a dog, so the first thing that worked perfectly for us was the location: the forest started right at the doorsteps, and a scenic lake was within a few minutes' walk. The rooms were quiet and stylishly decorated and had everything one could want on a short stay, the car could be parked right by the door, room access was arranged using a code lock, so late arrival was no problem at all.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The hosts were delightful people - very welcoming and friendly. The appartment was extremely clean, and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi worked very well! We used the kayaks, sauna and spa and these were a real novelty. We highly recommend staying here.

- it does have a sea view but it is in the distance and through trees. A number of the outside pictures are of the owners property and not accessible to people. staying there. Not quite as it is sold in the booking.com.

- clean - spotless - spacious - our own studio flat - able to cook our dinner/breakfast - safe - dog friendly (extra payment of 100SK for a small dog and 200SK for a large dog)

We were really missing coffee machine and shower head should be changed to new one, as it was very unpleasant to take shower.

Amazing owners, great place, loved hot tub, fishing! We had an amazing time with our family with 2 small kids.

That was an amazing experience to take a sauna and then go into cold water. We slept very well. The good energy is in this place, so you can feel it there like in home. Highly recommended!

Signage from the main road to the propertly is too small, it’s easy to miss the turn.

Super nice and welcoming host! If you like they prepare a yummy breakfest. We've got a nice room with a terrace and bathroom, it was clean and comfy. Idyllic localization with easy access to the lake, however it's a a few kilometers away from the main road. The owner called us before the arrival and explained directions. A small fermented herring (surströmming) manufacture is nearby, if you would be interested. The owner even offered to prepare the Swedish-style surströmming for us, but we sadly stayed one night only and didn't have chance to try it. Pets are accepted for a small fee. Good wifi.

We got confirmation for our booking and an automated message of where we should park. When we arrived we couldn't get hold the host, no possibility to get in to the house but we managed to get in after about an hour, get access to the room by guessing the code. If it would have ended here it would have been more OK. However, afterwards i complain to booking about this problem and the host calls me up and think i shouldn't complain to them. Also got two different explanations to why she didn't answer and when i confronted her about it i got the answer, "Hasn't someone lied to you before?". So the house was OK but it is clear that it only works when everything is good and noone complains. The host is unable to take criticism.
