I only had to stay one night

Only a few steps away from Bromma Airport, which was what I needed at the time. I had an early flight to catch that morning, and the staff went out of their way to prepare a doggy bag breakfast for me at 4 a.m., thats what I call amazing and exceptional service! The clean room, the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, the heated bathroom floor that makes you wish to stay longer. The hotels name says it all. It's the best!

The price was high!!most likely due to the taylor Swift concert,but still,a steep price. One had to Ask for roomservice before eight o clock in the morning. And the bathroom smelled bad.

Very helpful and polite staff. Even got is a taxi for the taylor Swift consert.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible, very small and uncomfortable. The furniture in the bathroom is very old.

The first room had a broken bed and the second room didn't have any windows. Both rooms were very small. It was also very expensive.

The staff was amazing, even when I showed up drunk as a skunk. The woman in the morning was very nice with my hangover too, when I needed to switch rooms

I did not get the room I booked. I paid extra for room with bath tab, but receptionist said its not available and insisted repeatedly that the price is the same for the room provided. I decided not to argue. During breakfast, I saw one staff asking the room number for selected people at food picking area. She did not ask everyone, but looks like asking selected people. In fact, room numbers are already provided at the entrance.

Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Good that room has a smart TV.

It isn't the hotel's fault but the couple in the room next door were having very loud sex the Friday afternoon I arrived and was repeated that night and the following morning, very late the following night (01.30) and finally on the Sunday morning. The woman was screaming loudly while bed was banging very hard against the wall which caused my bed to move too. I felt like I was being f**ked at the same time this was going on. I didn't complain to the staff because I did not want to embarrass them but on each occasion it lasted about an hour. People gotta do what they gotta do but they could do it a little quieter and less aggressive.

The ice machine on each floor was nice to have as were the facilities in the room. The rooms were well insulated from the airport adjacent to the hotel.

the price of food in hotel eg dinner was high but guess that was the same all over in Sweden. Food was delicious

wonderful food. could not work the heating room as it said you needed a key but there was no key locket to put it into, ended up getting a small heater from reception. local tram station on the doorstep

The bedroom was a little cold and I couldn't adjust the heating system to fix the issue, but I didn't ask the staff for help because I was staying only for a few nights and it wasn't a problem of significance.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, floor heating in the bathroom, excellent breakfast (a lot of choices and everything I had was tasty).

The rooms are very small. The bathrooms were of an adequate size but the open shower doesn't leave enough of an angle to contain the water from the rest of the bathroom.

The food was excellent. Of a quality that rivals many high class restaurants. We loved every meal and the buffet breakfast was also of a very high quality
