Hard bed and pillow. Very small bathroom and no closet for unpacking.

The best location on quiet street, close to almost everything e.g., many restsurants on Drottninggatan and Hötorget. Clean and nice. Great breakfast and cosy courtyard for relaxing.

Some small improvements can be made. The shower: it was difficult for me to get the water to turn warm. I turned the knob back and forth but it felt like cracking a code as there was no blue/red or number of degrees on the knob. And the whole bathroom floor became wet in the meanwhile :) Maybe some instructions and a threshold? Breakfast was fine but could be improved with for example some fresh fruit (or did I miss that), a coffee beans machine (instead of filter). But on a budget this was fine and happy to have had breakfast in the first place. Croissants and marmelade were tasty.

I booked an economy room, so as I expected it was basic but fine. Good price-quality ratio. The room was clean, staff was friendly, check-in instructions clear, and it was close to the railway station. Bed was fine for me.

I am not picky, but the breakfast is rather poor. And given the price of the stay, at least a hair dryer could have been provided

- bathroom was very uncomfortable, there was only drain in the floor with shower curtain, water was everywhere on the floor :( - toilet had broken seat - cleaning lady did not make the bed, she only dumped the trash

The window was quite small because we were underground. Therefore the room was a little bit dark.

It was a very good location. It was very easy to reach from the airport and we felt save walking around the neighbourhood. The room was not the biggest, but it was okay because it was just for sleeping. It was also very clean. I would stay here again!

The luggage storage room was unlocked and open twice when I walked by during my stay. I had my belongings there, too, and asked the hotel staff why it was unlocked, to which they replied "it is just hotel guests who have access". I do not find this service to be satisfactory and would not recommend anyone to store luggage at the hotel.

When we first got into the room there was no loo roll so we had to ask for some. Also the toilet cover was a bit broken.

Bed was the tallest I've ever seen, so was hard to even get onto but once you're on there it's super comfy. Also we'd been travelling since 2am so managed to check in an hour early which was a godsend at the time for a nap. Free breakfast was good, choice of hot or cold (and meatballs!)

Remove dishes from the breakfast tables more often. I stayed two nights and both mornings all tables were occupied, but maybe 30% only had dishes on them.

Everyday cleaning is just taking the trash and if you want changing the towels. You have to ask if you want a clean toilet/shower/sink.. they did not provide to us but they said they can if we have let them beforehand. So no cleaning services.

Shower was super small and after shower, whole water stays in whole bathroom floor. Drain system doesn’t work.

The room and building structure was nice. It was really clean. Location was perfect for a touristical trip. We could able to walk everywhere.

The bathroom was tiny. The radiators always made noises however that didn’t bother us but might bother someone else. No spoons/refill of milk since we checked in. The beds weren’t made each day but I’ve seen somewhere that this comes at an extra cost. The breakfast area is lovely however there aren’t many seats so we nearly had to start eating standing up.

The location was perfect, the beds were comfy, decent size, warm room, the wifi was exceptional - best hotel wifi I’ve ever used! Breakfast was yummy. The luggage storage room was useful for us too.
