Unfortunately we came to late to get a parking place, so there could have been more parking spots.

Located in the centre of the town. Easy to access by car. The room was larger than expected; the bed was really comfortable. Well equipped room. The breakfast buffet had lots to chose from. Everything nice and fresh.

Roadworks outside the room were noisy and started early, but not the hotel's fault.

Looked like mold between the tiles in the shower. There was almost no space to get to the other side of the bed. Heard alot of what happends outside the door. Felt like there was little privacy. The curtains didn't block out all the light. No pen

Parking was a pain, garages full and you were forced to park by the curb, where ever you could find a spot. And on top of that you had to move your car to the opposide curb before midnight. It is because of snow in the wintertime, but it goes for the whole year as far as the money machine goes. So if you are arriving in a car, try to do it in late afternoon.

Location down town and once settled in, we could visit shopping and the castle and other attractions by foot. The hotel was duable, breakfast was plenty and good quality.

The facilities are quite old, had trouble with the toilet door which I felt is quite unsafe as it was not possible to unlock from inside and needed some trick to open from outside. Reported to the staff and they offered change in room but the problem is if it where a single person getting locked inside it can be quite dangerous, I think they should audit these in their safety checks.

I have stayed here several times before, but this was the first time in a twin room. The twin room was not as good as the single room, partly because it was suitable for disabled (which I didn't understand when booking!) and partly because it seemed to have older furniture and less modern equipment. There were hardly any hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels and things on and the toilet took a lot of space. It would also have been good to get pillows of two different sizes, all pillows in the room were very big.

The breakfast is the primary reason why I choose to stay at this hotel! But also the location is good and the personnel very nice. I like to have the possibility to make a cup of tea in the room, but you can also have one in the breakfast area any time. It was highly appreciated that we got a nice compensation for the shower not working properly!

Shower barely functioning Broken lights subpar electric wiring for fridge and extra power outlets I also got the impression as par of my bonus nights with booking I was supposed to receive a bigger room, that didn't happen to my knowledge

It is time to renovated the rooms ….the bathrooms are outdated…the toilets are old with a lot of limescale. But the staff and breakfast makes it better

There was no shampoo in the shower. The container was there but it was empty. I needed to wash my hair, so I used the regular soap. Not the best outcome for my hair. Also the garage was a little bit pricey, but it was convenient and good protection for my car, so I was willing to pay the fee.

The breakfast was fine. Staff people were very nice, very helpful.
