Would have liked the room serviced at least once during my 5 night stay. This may have been an option so not really a complaint.

The location was perfect for where I was working, good price, dinner included was great especially in the winter to save going out, friendly staff, parking garage.

The Hotel is relay nice in the center of Eskilstuna. You got access to the museum when you are a guest of the Hotel.

Dinner food options is limited.

The staff is very helpful to swap the family room in a higher floor so I can open the windows without scarified the privacy and security. The room is still spacious. Breakfast is good with variety of options. Easy walk to the city.

Some lights (in bathroom etc.) seem to turn off at random moments.

Size of rooms, high quality/price ratio, machinery and kid friendliness. Good breakfast and dinner and proximity to the fabulous machinery museum.

The beds were to soft and the logistics at breakfast bad, it could be made more effective. It would be better if one parted the main supply table in two or three smaller ones. Then you would have better rotation, quicker ways to get a meal.

We were walking around the building because we couldnt find something that looks like an official entrance. It's a massive and heavy closed door that's not easy to open. Not very welcome like... The Hotel needs a gardener. The plants outside and inside the building look as if they have never seen one. The food is nothing to enjoy here. The price for the dinner ist 6euros. So for the price it's okay but you should know the buffet has the atmosphere and quality of an average youth hostel. They offered noodles with Bolognese sauce as main dish and the vegetarian alternative to that was noodles with ketchup! That's a shame you might say, even for the price. I don't know why the Hotel offers a dinner at that category at all. People who look for a cheap solution would not choose this hotel anyway since it is one of the expensive ones in Eskilstuna. The breakfast isnt much better but okay somehow.

The Location is perfect. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The lobby and the corridors look nice. Although there was a slight smell at certain areas. The rooms are nice and big and the bathrooms are indeed a highlight.

The bastu was not functioning and we did not had any prior info of that, but this did not bother us that way.

The room offered a spectacular view that captivated us throughout the day and night. The breakfast was delightful, and considering my wife's dietary preferences—she doesn't consume red meat—the hotel thoughtfully arranged a fish option for dinner at no additional cost. Our overall experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable, and we thoroughly cherished our stay.

The front deck and restaurant staff were not very friendly. Forced to buy the dinner in nightly room rate even though we never ate dinner in the hotel. Tried to have an impromptu business lunch in the hotel prior to a meeting but was told hotel restaurant was only made available to conference attendees for an event in the hotel. No bar in hotel, just a fridge at the front desk.

Hotel and location were quaint Sweden-style, but ended up walking across the bridge to the town center to be closer to restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast was pretty good. Maybe this is a preferred location if you are hosting a conference in the hotel, but otherwise find another hotel across in the town center

Top friendly persons at reception and restaurant. Top buffet for dinner and breakfast. Very interesting industrial historic environment and museum (Bolinder Munktell). Free entrance for hotel guests to the Museum.

Room was dirty and unclean - worn out floors and walls, just unwell kept. Forced upon Half board was a waste of money as we hardly found anything worth eating! even the drink ordered (espresso martini) had to be just left after one sip!

Amazing and charming stay If you intend to visit Erskilstuna, the perfect option for stay is the lovely Clarion Hotel Bolinger Munktell. A charming hotel with amazing staff: very nice, warmly and keen to help. Before we arrived, I have a perfect communication through booking apps with Lina who was very concern to resolve efficiently all my questions and problems. The staff at the reception was very friendly, giving us all the details, we need, even recommendations about the tea, the check-in was smooth and fast. The room was spotless clean, carefully made and we found a nice welcome note from Eliza. The hotel offer tea and coffee all day long and in the afternoon a very Swedish Fika with cookies and pastries. Also the staff at the restaurant was very attentive, always smiling and constantly asking if we need anything, All my congratulations for the Chef, I have a special diet and he made it very tasty and healthy. A note for the history lovers: the hotel offer free entry at Munktell Museum, and also the Hotel is almost an extension of the Museum, well decorated with historical industrial equipment and photos related to Munktell history. A big thanks to all the people from Clarion Bolinder Munktell Hotel, from the reception to restaurant and cleaning, for making us a charming and perfect holiday plenty of joyeuse memory. And I am pretty sure the staff ordered for us a magical snow like in the Nordic fairy tales.

The maintenance of the garden and plants around the patio is poorly done. Plants obscure windows and encroach on the patio. Dried flowers in decorative pots.

There page on Booking said charger for electrical vehicle but that was not true. They don't have possibility to charge electrical vehicles.

Breakfast and evening meal were included and the food was good. Bedrooms have blinds and curtains so it was dark at night. Great, friendly staff, cosy rooms, good shower and nice beds. Can't fault the place at all. +++++
