Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumCar parking in P-hus Lilla Torg was quite expensive (approx. 26 EUR overnight) as the hotel is located centrally in Malmö.
Good value considering dinner and breakfast are included. Room was compact but had everything you need for a short stay. Easy online check-in and check-out.

Location is great, in the centre of Malmo, just off Gustav Adolfs Torg and Lilla Torg. Breakfast buffet was excellent. All the usual stuff but a few surprising extras too and all great quality. Dinner was provided too - simple but tasty buffet with a few main options and lot of salads. Afternoon fika (pastries and coffee) was also included. Room was fairly spacious and nicely furnished. Very comfortable. Excellent blackout blinds (essential in Sweden in summer).

Germanyin a big room there was just one small window that looked in the middle of inside the hotel , that made it too dark and u needed lights on even during the day
i booked superior room and when we arrived they gave me a room that had nothing to do with the one i have booked! the bed was much much smaller as well as the room in general! i went downstairs and asked them for a room i have booked and in the end they gave me exactly that. the room and the bed was big and very comfortable! the location was very good and the staff nice. the food was ok, not many options but was ok!

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. I would only recommend this hotel. The room was cosy and nice. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The coffee and cake for fika is an excellent touch. When I asked the staff for help they provided assistance immediately.

Albaniaas a luxury hotel it did not justify the price. the rooms were very small, the toilet was old, without a towel to wipe your feet when you got out of the shower and without slippers, also there was no tea/coffee machine in the room. The dinner not so good. There are no sweets in three night of stay.

I unfortunately tested positive during my trip to Sweden and only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, leaving around 4am for my flight back to the UK. I explained the situation to staff and they let me check in + check out early because of my circumstances.
