Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Even if with late check in, a small dinner was waiting for me. Reception desk was efficient for check out and taxi booking. Everything was smooth.

United KingdomNot a dislike really, but there could be some items that are different on a weekend breakfast or a dessert included in weekend dinner. Also, the location is quite in the middle of a residential area so it's a bit of a walk to anything touristy.
The room was better than expected looking at the pictures. Loved the relaxed vibes at the reception area where people gathered for drinks and fika. T Breakfast had no variety, as it was the same everyday but dinner varied with their soups winning every time for me.

AustraliaThe neighbourhood itself isn't particularly inspiring for overseas visitors - it's a quiet residential area. The hotel is in need of some TLC, but the lovely staff more than make up for that!
The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the rooms aren't routinely serviced - you need to ask - this is such a sensible policy. We had taken the half board package and that worked very well for us. There's a lot to see in Stockholm but (in winter anyway) nothing seems to open before 11am, so we we were always back late afternoon or early evening and to have the meal ready and waiting was so convenient. The quality of the food was good - a soup/bread and a buffet for the main course consisting of a couple of salads, some protein (eg chicken, fishcake) and some carbs (eg pasta or potato). Coffee and tea is available in the lobby all day - again, very convenient. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the underground and about a 30 min walk to the city (we're in our 60s).

Spacious, spotless clean room at 5th floor. Very Helpful personnel always with a smile ! The hotel is located in a very convenient point near to the metro station of Stadion, and from there you can explore very easily all the city of Stockholm ! The breakfast and the dinner were delicious. Hope to return some day !

United KingdomA few minor issues in the room - the bath tap didn't work so I had to use the shower head to fill the bath and a few aspects of the rooms were a little tired and need updating.
The hotel was very cosy and welcoming and the breakfast and evening meal were lovely - simple, beautifully prepared and presented. It was also great being able to help ourselves to tea and coffee downstairs and relax in the lobby area. Due to a mix-up with our booking we were upgraded to a suite - special thanks must go to Rebecca who was incredibly professional, kind, friendly and understanding and who facilitated this upgrade and really made sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again, Rebecca!

We arrived at the hotel quite early and, thanks to the hotel staff, we were checked in earlier. We are very grateful! Breakfast and dinner was amazing! All of the dishes was so delicious and fresh! I would especially like to note the amazing hot bread! Comfortable bed and pillows!

Well located property, second stop from Stockholm Central station T14 line north. In a good residential area. Our room had windows which could be opened, flooring was carpet although some photos of hotel rooms show hard flooring which is preferable to us. Meals were buffet style; basic, and filling. Evening meal: Soup of the Day, Mains, Pasta, Mexican Tacos , basic salad ingredients to mix your own salad combinations. Their bread was fantastic. Afternoon tea (finca):, self serve tea/coffee with cakes were a lovely pick up after a day of sightseeing. Hotel allows dogs in house, we knew in advance however a little off putting.

PolandIn our room at the 6th floor it was impossible to open the window (it was blocked). Mattress could be a bit harder.
Great meals: breakfasts and dinners. Fresh, healthy products and wide choice, many options for vegetarians. Food is not boring, every day you can try something new. Dinner is really great option, given the prices at restaurants. ;) Location of the hotel is very nice: calm, quiet, walking distance to many important and interesting museums. Very friendly staff.
