My bathroom had a foul odor but when mentioned to the front desk was addressed within 15 minutes by a very pleasant and efficient housekeeping staff. I do not know her name…she was younger from Ukraine. It was a drain issue that she worked hard to correct.

The staff were wonderful! Louise at the front desk could not have been more accommodating and made our group feel especially welcome. The breakfast buffet and serving staff were fantastic. Great food and service were a highlight of our stay.

There was a real crush at the breakfast bar, especially on the weekend. The choices for breakfast were amazing though and we liked the omelette station.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Very close to transport and shops and easy to get to anywhere in Stockholm. This was our second visit to this hotel and I'm sure we'll be back.

Great location in Södermalm when you need to go anywhere arround. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room we got was small but pretty well equipped. The breakfast was OK with good variety of selections, however you need to be mindfull that the breakfast room might be super corwded

The view from the room was sad. Plant a little garden there to look at. There we're several handles on cabinets and walls thar were hanging loose. The room was cold and could not be adjusted. The hairdryer was lousy. The bathtub should have a handle somewhere.

The location was great. The hotel overall was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The size of the room and the bed we're great. The shower was very nice.

It was a very nice room, it could be a bigger especially the bed and a bit cleaner. Overall it was a very good room i would easily recommend. These are minor suggestions for improvement.

The hotel is well situated close to station and other amenities. The breakfast was amazing, although it was very crowded on the weekend. The room had everything we needed and all up we had a lovely stay.

Gym facilities were small given the size of the hotel. Only one filter coffee machine in breakfast area led to long queues.

Too hot rooms with lack of oxygen. You can't open the window so the first night was horrible. Even the air conditioning system didn't help. The administrator provided us with fans but still absence of oxygen was obvious. I think that it is critical. You need to install a better conditioning system or let guests open windows. The bed was located in a strange way - next to the wall so for the person sleeping on that part of the bed it was difficult to get up if needed at night. Too few sockets, no sockets next to the bed. No space for towels to dry them - above the toilet barrel is too unhygienic.

I liked most of all personnel who are very friendly, helping, smiling and polite. They make you feel a wanted guest. Breakfasts are ideal, the best breakfasts that I had during all my travels. Perfect location, very close to a metro station and a supermarket. I recommend this hotel.

Yes windows don’t open and it can get warm at night. Also the shower door doesn’t go down to the floor so water may leak out if not careful but not a big deal. Please note that you book breakfast on the weekends and on the weekdays breakfast finishes earlier at 9:30am.

Right next to the metro station Skanstull and directions on how to exit the station. There’s a supermarket at the exit too which opens till late and has everything you need. The small double room was clean and cosy. Staff were friendly - shout out to Amanda and Mimi in particularly who made our stay so comfortable!! Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful wow!! Didn’t have time to use the spa options but saw many people with robes looking like they had fun so will definitely return. The bar was also very cute with friendly staff. I asked the guy to make me something fruity and the cocktail was banging!! Location of the hotel is fantastic with so many shops and McDonalds nearby (the McDonalds is rubbish don’t bother). You can also store luggage no problem and no problems with diversity for solo travellers. This place is definitely great value for money and would absolutely recommend. Thank you guys!!

Online booking system for the pool which made me not to use the pool.

An excellent experience to live here during workdays at the art fair in Stockholm. Got a big room with an amazing view. The breakfast was very good and also we had dinner once in the restaurant on the ground floor which was an lovely experience. The staff was aswell most helpful.

Expensive inhouse bar/restaurant. No vegetarian options at the bar but breakfast had a good variety. Dishes however were not always hot at breakfast. Very chaotic on a busy weekend.

Location and safe feeling around the hotel. Parkering very close (but 450,- per day). Staff friendly and helpful when we had a problem with our room!

Our booking for 4 people was not in the system of the hotel when we arrived. The rrom was booked for 2 adults, which was one and the same person. It was stresful, because we were sure we paid for 4 ppl. After 30 min of searching in all email confirmation from booking.com we finally found text which says 4 ppl+ their names.
