It's a clean and convenient hotel at the airport, perfect for in-between flights. The rooms are very cool and nice looking, airy and comfortable. Easy self check in and also easy to get food 24/7 Overall just a great place to be!

Speedy check-in. I used the check-in machine instead of the barception. Location is perfect for a layover traveler. I didn't interact with hotel staff, so I have no comment with their service. The room is basic, clean, and comfortable. Good breakfast.

we did not find any signposts that would facilitate the arrival of guests from the airport terminal or perhaps a signpost from the hotel to the terminals. not so many higien equipment in bathroom (toothbrush etc). We expected to find slippers in the room.

new and comfort place. early breakfast, good accomodation, sound protected on the high level. stuff was very pleasent and helpfull. breakfast is okay, nice choice of healthy food.

The room was pretty large with a comfortable double bed. Wi-Fi was good. The hotel was very close to the terminal but not connected so you have to walk outside to reach the hotel.

Unfortunately, I got sick with a high fever upon arriving at the hotel. The pharmacies outside were closed at that time, and I didn't bring any medicine, so I consulted the hotel. I was surprised that such an excellent hotel did not stock regular medicines. This is disappointing.

The buffet breakfast provided was delicious, as was the dinner. Have a great kitchen team. The location is right next to sky city. You don't need to take a car. You can walk directly to the hotel after getting off the plane, which is convenient and quiet. Overall it's good

Lovely hotel, much cheaper than others in rhe airport. Although not inside the airport, it's a minutes walk outside so not an issue at all.Rooms are very comfortable, shower is lovely, breakfast is the best I've had in any hotel.

Of course there are always more wishes from the guest‘s side ;-) As a woman I do not appreciate the big rainforest shower heads. Yes, there is the normal shower head but I usually start the rain shower first and after that it drips on my head and my hair. I would love an additional body lotion. I would love a big bed, not a fan of the gap when two 90cm beds are pushed together

Rooms are kind of tight in terms of space, but it's an airport hotel and it serves that purpose very well.

Literally takes less than five minutes to walk to the terminal. Amazing when you have a early flight. Morning breakfast bar was also really appreciated, nice variety of options.
