The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was amusing to find that the room was not in the house shown in the listing but in an exterior wooden construction that looks like it was built for students! No complaints as the price was good and the staff were friendly and helpful but the accommodation is more like a cabin on a ferry than what you might expect from looking at the listing here 😊

Very small single rooms, bathrooms in need of a rework/deep clean (mold in the showers silicon seams f.e.). In theory great and big gym facility, but partly old and neglected equipment (safety issue with nearly broken wire on one machine f.e.). With some minor work and investment, this could bei a great place to stay for a longer time. Atm more suited for one or two nights on a discount or special deal.

Great service and very friendly and helpful people, good food quality. Nice overall location.

Breakfast was alright, a good selection. The location is great, close to water and in a quiet area away from the city center. Had extra seating facilities, pool table and hang around area with tv etc.

The people I was travelling with were in a different building than me. The rooms, since so small, did not provide a small fridge or iron/ ironing board. It was a shame that the restaurant was not open on Sunday for dinner, but we found food in Lerum. I tried the sauna but found it was not hot enough and did not have upper level benches found in a traditional sauna.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, beside a lake. The main building houses the restaurant and bar. The restaurant was not open on Sunday, so we had dinner in Lerum at a nice restaurant renovated from a train station. The bar was good, and provided open faced sandwiches for those who did not want to go into town. There was a nice outdoor patio area facing the lake. The rooms were small but functional, with limited amenities. Coffee and water (hot/cold/sparkling) were available in the communal areas of each building, but the staff neglected to tell us. I found them by exploring the building I was located in. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was lots of parking on the property.

The rooms are super small and hot. The showers were not really clean. The buffet was the poorest I've had in Europe.

The location is really great. Lerum is a beautiful place to stay. The lake and the view was amazing.

Single room - a little bit too small. Very small shower with curtain (instead of cabin door) sticking to body - really annoying.

Very tasty breakfast, helpful staff, very nice sorroundings, lot of green space, by the lake, many trails for walking, running, biking, rock climbing. Billard and common room to spend time inside. I recommend for short stay.

Property needs a bit of renewal. We got a room with a window on the parking, so it was uncomfortable to open it during the evening + it did not open fully so we could not air the room and it is quitte heavy air due to the old carpeting. In the evening there is no service in the hotel, we could not buy even a tea or coffee, and there is nothing around the hotel.

We would have wished for some sun beds, there were only chairs on the terrace to spend some time outside. Bathrooms are a bit old and could use a makeover as there is mould here and there and overall just not spotlessly clean. in general, rooms were ok but not perfectly clean with some stains on tables etc. Not Hotel standard but still very comfortable.

we loved the location directly at the lake. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and good coffee. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, room was spacious with two TVs- lovely interior.
