Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe room is not that comfortable, so do not expect a really amazing sleep night. The hotel is not so quiet, it is possible to hear the other guests while trying to relax.
The location is the best asset of this hotel, especially if the idea is to take a early flight from Arlanda. The transfer that they offer is a really good charateristic. It's good that they serve breakfast from 4 am.

AustraliaMy window in room 1 didn’t open properly in the upper-only ventilation mode, which was annoying because I like fresh air, but also appreciate security, and the window was level with the car park, so anyone could climb through if opened sideways. Otherwise it was a good hotel at a decent price.
Proximity to airport, easy access, including bus from stop 13 every half an hour to and from the airport in around 10 minutes to Terminal 4 ( apart from around 1-4 am(?), in which case a taxi was recommended. Bus was punctual, although tricky to haul heavy bags up the stairwell. Single room was modern ,clean, warm, with good Wifi and shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast from 4 am was copious and varied. The bar-restaurant area was open late, which was sociable. Staff were helpful and efficient. Easy card access to room.

Location is good, you have the transfer from the airport. Breakfast was good – ham, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, also some oatmeal, yoghurt, müsli... There is also a private sauna which you can book for yourself, but I did not manage to try it.

Hong KongOnly point I did not like so much was the transfer bus. Driver was very helpful with my heavy suitcase and let me board at the front, as the steep staircase, is hard to get up and down with heavy language. Third time I have experienced this.
The ambience around the fire place and very friendly staff. Super quick and uncomplicated check in and check out. Have stayed there many times before and after pandemic and will do so as well on my future visits to Sweden.
