It's a bit noisy. Being central city I can understand some noise. However, I could hear the conversations of the people in the next room quite vividly.

I like the central location and the amenities of the rooms.

the hotel is unmanned. we had problems with code system. we came from the USA and our phones were not yet connected to the Swedish phone system so we couldn’t get the current codes for the day. you need a code for the gate, the front door and the room door. the codes changes every day. we wound up spending our first night in different hotel because we couldn’t get the codes. and a couple of times the wifi was down and we couldn’t get the codes to get in for a little while. lastly, the weekend street noise was too much with disco beats until 3:00AM

we found it very cute and and clean.

My room was not serviced over 4 nights. Would have liked fresh towels and linen. Air conditioning would be helpful too as it was very hot.

The price/value is great. The room was stifling hot and a bit noisy. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

The main entrance door was difficult to open even if you tapped in the right code. Stood there many a time punching in code 10-15 times.

Bed was comfortable great duvet , sheet and pillows. Freezer and fridge in room a micro cutlery and plates plus glasses and kettle. Small wardrobe for clothes and a rather large bathroom..

Didn't like the entry system. You have to input 3 different codes, 2 gates and 1 for yor room. Codes change daily and you get them through your phone. It was annoying and a hassle to use if you are carrying anything.

Liked the shared area consisting of 3 different rooms, one of which was fully equipped kitchen

It was quite a noisy location between early morning glass recycling and late night weekend nightclub noise.

Room was not cleaned everyday like other hotels. If youstay 1 week, they will not clean even 1 time or will not give new towels. If you stay two weeks, they will clean only on the friday of first week, that is it. Plus, room was always cold, I freezed during the two weeks. I will not stay prefer to stay again.

Room has microwave and fridge. Customer service replied and solved my problem very fast.

The communication wasn't really great. They send the same long email several times, so it clogged up my mailbox. Also had to check every mail if it didn't had new information. I send an mail to them the day of arrival, but never got an answer. To get in you needed to open several doors, each with a different code. The codes changed frequently, so every time I wanted to enter the hotel, I had to look up the codes.

Great location in old part of town. The place itself was clean and looked well taken care of. Even though it was above two restaurants, I didn't had any nuisance or sound complaints.

The sound proofing is very bad! It felt like I was sleeping in the restaurant downstairs! I woke up many times during the night on the voices of the night club guests from across the road! Also the ceiling in the room is very low, I hit my head several times during my stay! The room was clean in general but I had a little plant growing out of my bathroom sink!

Location is great and the Key card system was good. The property seems to be newly renovated and well kept.

The location of the hotel is great, you have good restaurants right in front your door. The rooms are small , but if you dont need much space this is the perfect place to stay!

What was massively disappointing, was the cleaner (I believe), who walked into my room on my last day after 7 in the morning asking if I will leave today - how rude! I just got out of my bed and was in underwear and brushing my teeth and she kept the door open and her head leaning through the door talking to me. Later when I was leaving, she was in the kitchen. I had to move myself the trash bag that was blocking the lift door but she wasn't bothered at all, just listening to the music with headphones in. I used to work in hospitality myself and I can totally say her attitude was appalling. The other thing that was bad was no AC or any additional ventilation. This weekend was hot and there was no possibility to cool the room down at least a bit.

I have to say that the beds were very comfy. First I was in a very small room, which felt a bit claustrophobic (I will never again book a room 10m2 because it is slightly bigger than what you saw in Harry Potter movies and his room under the stairs). The TV cable was broken in my room and Kathy was kind enough to move me to another room, which was spacious.

It is very well located, close to main station, food, sea and everything. I really like the entrance allowance with the daily updated codes. It is easy to use and safe. Yes, there is no reception in the hotel but they are quickly reply to mails and messages. I really enjoyed with my staying!
