The bar doesn’t open on a Sunday It’s in quite a business area so no nearby restaurants The towels need to be left on the floor to be changed, we left ours at the end of the bed and so they were not changed. The receptionists while lovely were not very informative ie where our room was, where the lifts were, etc

The breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast team and the gym was nice. Gave us vouchers to use during our stay

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a broad variety of quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I also made good use of the free bicycles, going to different meetings in Lund.

The rooms could be better cleaned, around the beds etc. We arrived at twelve o clock at night due to traffic complications, and the kids beds were missing in the room. We had to ask the receptionist, who were very friendly to arrange it for us. The same thing for the dog. We got a breakfast voucher for our troubles, which was very nice.

You can hear everything because the insulation is poor between the rooms, The from of the hotel is. a disgrace, Electric scooter were just left in big piles, rubbish bin full and the seagulls was having a party, a dirty first impression

Waited 10 minutes at check in, only one member of staff while other staff swanned around grinning at each other. Had requested and confirmed wine and chocolates for the room for our anniversary, arrived to nothing. Furniture in suite is more Form over Function. Inadequate access to electric plugs in suite. No answer at reception after 3 attempts. Hotel bar unmanned, stood waiting 15 minutes to be served / seated in the restaurant despite empty tables. Staff were exasperated, felt like our presence was a nuisance. Staff wandering around with headphones on, very poor presentation. Menus different between website / elevator / restaurant, even with different prices. Needs updating. Had to flag down staff to pay for meal, weren't allowed to put it on the bill for the room, once again felt like were disturbing them.

Nice big penthouse suite with incredible views of Skåne. Heated floors in the bathroom, large comfortable bed. Excellent transport routes to and from the hotel. Restaurant meal was delicious. Included continental breakfast was great.

The bar is not close to a bargain, felt like Norway for a minute when paying for a 12 year old single malt.

you get what you pay for. Choose a room with windows and you will be fine. the breakfast is solid, you will find what you want if you are used to the European way of living.

We booked a room without windows, that's on us. The good thing is that it was very dark, but I'd recommend booking a window suite, it's not that much more expensive and as the hotel is a skyscraper in a relatively flat region you'll enjoy the view. The breakfast was okay but my vegetarian partner found the vegetarian alternatives a bit bland. However as we left before breakfast opened the last evening, they provided us with a breakfast basked which was amazing.

Amazing staff, really, I cannot stress it enough. We had a lot of special requests and they were very polite and helpful in every regard. The facilities were very modern and clean and there was a French Coffee press in the room - love it!

Really good value for the money. Cosy hotel, especially at Christmas time. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast in a cosy setting. Really nice that you can bring your dog.
