The location was good, it’s near to the city and cultural places . Moreover the view was excellent. The breakfast was extremely good. We have enjoyed.

The second time was this one. The room opposite me was making party noise till midnight. I didn't sleep all night so I booked another night, wishing a good sleep during the day. Then the noise happened agian and woke me up every time. So I slept for two hours and got up. I called the front desk several times, and all I got was that they would check it. But the intermittent noise in the opposite room can't make them knock on the door to remind them. Then why not call them? I thought it would be my last stay. But I have reserved a superior suite in this week's high temperature. After learning that I was placed in the last room again, I proposed to change rooms. I was told I couldn't. Actually, I checked later, and the superior suite was vacant, and the front desk just felt troublesome or I looked so bullied. Now this room is extremely hot. The air conditioning in this room is not good, which I knew when I stayed last time, but it was not very hot that time, so it was acceptable. Said the front desk would come up and have a look, but after a long time, no one handled it. I am sweating in a hotel room can you believe it?

It was good first time I booked superior suite. Everything was perfect so that I went back for two more times.

We couldn't enter the hotel at evening/nighttime and needed to wait outside in the cold for someone to open the front door. The second night no employee opened or was visible in the reception, in the end another guest opened the door after we had waited for 10-15 minutes outside.

Nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect: the room, the location, the breakfast. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel is near a tram stop which makes moving around Lund very easy.

Too small rooms and too soft of a bed. Too many people at breakfast, pretty chaotic and hard to find a table that is cleared off. We received a confirmation that we had gotten the 12th floor, when we arrived we were told that we were placed on floor 3 instead...

They got me a room with no windows. When i asked about this at the reception they replied that I booked a room with no windows. But who will book a room without windows! I checked my booking there is noting mentioned there about this. the staff could only arrange something for me if I paid extra, I was very disappointed in the service.

At 1am, in the middle of night, there is this noice of clicking at the door (holding the credit card key on the sensor sound) followed by someone unknown opening the door. I yelled that his person is at the wrong door number. Door closes. Fully awake after that, creepy feeling. I phoned reception, no answer, I wrote to info@, no reply. This is a security breach. The lady at reception in the morning explained, but that is not satisfactory. This as the night rest was gone and I did no longer trust the door lock (as it was locked).

the staff did not know what they were doing, got therte at 1 am but didn't get to our rooms til 4am. we had just taken a 7h car ride and was tired but not able to sleep because we couldn't get into our rooms

There was shattered glass under a carpet which my child found and was about to swallow.

The check-in experience was horrible, we waited at the counter for quite some time. There's no bell or phone number to reach the staff. Then came the late-night receptionist, Anna, who we greeted with smiles even after a long travelling day and the waiting time at the counter. In return was her rather rude and unprofessional service. Her take-it-or-leave-it attitude completely ruined the hotel experience from the beginning. The next day morning, a cleaning staff knocked on my door unexpectedly and opened abruptly while I was changing. The hotel absolutely need to work on the hospitality and service training to prevent bad experiences like this. Parking is not included, you need to pay 70 SEK extra each night to park next to the hotel.

The beds were comfortable, shower room was clean and spacious. The gym was enough for some cardio and weight training. Wifi was fast and stable.

the shower dripped throughout the entire 7 day stay despite the problem being mentioned to staff and checked by their maintenance personnel on 3 separate occasions
