I have been two times in this Italian-inspired hotel and it made me forget about the gloomy world outside. The food, especially the must-try pizza at Impasto, is a delight. The spa, complete with an inviting outdoor pool, add a touch of luxury. Everything is clean, and the staff is really friendly. Highly recommend.

- at the time, we have complained to the staff that it was not clear that spa was not included in the price during the booking. - it's a bit of travel from Stockholm, and the city is not that interesting to see during winter season, despite it has some history behind it.

The shower had a nice overhead rainshower-head, unfortunately it was placed so low that you could not really use it comfortably with a height >180 cm.

Beautiful hotel, a little pompous on the outside, but very stylish interior with fire, water and green plants. Room was small but with all necessities, well-stocked minibar. Beds were VERY comfortable - some of the best hotel beds I have experienced. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was traditional but excellent and tasty.

You cannot book anything at the reception, all must be done by internet. How crazy, the staff is there and the pc and internet still the extra night booking had to be done on our phone. Automation should make your life easier not impossible.

Staff was amazing, please add to the shower of room 153 a basket for the shower gel & shampoo etc. Now there is no space for them except the floor

We had a good breakfast, the room was not particularly large, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The surrounding is a bit industrial and there was work being done on the river so not the best view and no place to sit or lounge comfortably outside when weather was nice. would have been nice with self serving coffee and tea in bar and salon areas and sauna. would have been a good touch to have a daily dish to add variety to the menu.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated with several fun activities for the family within and outside hotel . The staff was incredible , kind, helpful and always wanting to please and meet our needs. The food was amazing .

If you didn’t take a package you had to pay to use the swimming area. Kids can only use the swimming area in the morning which is not a problem since it is very close to the spa but there shouldn’t be a charge for kids to use it since it is only limited to that time

My mistake that I didn’t read, that access to the swimming pool is from 18 years (my daughter is 6 years and we choose that hotel to enjoy at swimming pool). Also it’s chargeable 500 krones per 3 h for everyone. Breakfast selection was good, but same during all our stay.

there was nothing to dislike. However, we had a hard time figuring the temperature in the room and it was a bit cold.

The property was really nice and really gorgeous the breakfast had a la carte with also a small buffet with other stuff which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. What we liked was the billiard and other games available for guests!

Just to say something, the parking is too expensive both at the hotel and its surroundings.

I like everything. Since the second we got here and we were told that we had been upgraded to a better root. I was in contact by messages and asked them if we could have late check out. I was offered with the possibility to check out att 17!. Breakfast was wonderful! The place and the quality of the food! Wonderful stayed!
