The price in relation to what you are getting is way, way too high. During my two night stay I payed 1300 kr per night (!) for a 15 square meter room with a claustrophobic shower. The hotel has started with a "Go green" campaign which feels like the incarnation of hypocrisy. By hanging an "I go green" sign outside your door, you indicate to the hotel that they can skip cleaning your room. What this means in practice is that they can make even more money out of your stay as they now don't need to use personell or resources to make your room tidy during your stay. This campaign would feel far more honest if you at check in time would be offered this option in combination with the hotel charging you less for your stay. Only then would it feel like the "go green" actions are shared between you and the hotel in a manner that feels fair. In its current design, you as a guest are the one being taken advantage of.

Hotel is close to the city center and the stream that crosses the city.

Would appreciate more small weights in the gym: there are only 2 kg, 4 kg and 8 kg. Difference between 5, 6 and 7 kg does matter!

Clean, airy, nice gym and sauna, really good and spacious room for a family with kids. Big comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with waffles, good location.

Maybe time to look over the location of connections of electronic items (phones etc) near BOTH sides of the double bed and also close to the sofa.

Very good full breakfast and service. Nice breakfast area with river view. The nice pub Bishop Arms with superb food and many sorts of beer, and guiding of beer experts. Hotel location perfect located in center and also with the river and park just at the front.

We came by car and had to pay extra for parking. Its a nominal amount but would be better if the hotel could provide parking facilities without extra cost to the guests.

Good for visiting central Eskilstuna. Also convenient when travelling by car. Our family room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We and our kids liked the breakfast - especially the waffles and the fresh fruit.

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast. Nice rooms, good price, extremely polite, nice and helpful staff. I felt at ease and actually at home. This was my second stay and not the last just thre are rooms available on my next visit. Above all this: the view from the rooms facing Eskilstuna channel and Klosters Church.

Far too hot in the room, despite the radiator being off (no thermostat control), I had a lot of allergy problems (curtains? carpet?).

It is in a good location, this time we were on a quiet side, breakfast is very good.

The bedroom was a little noisy and a bit too hot on arrival. We couldn't find a way to turn the heating down, and you could hear people walking around in the rooms above.

A beautiful hotel with very kind staff, a fabulous breakfast and wonderful facilities including gym and sauna. We enjoyed a drink in the adjoining English pub before heading to bed.
