sleeping bed can be half size more big to relax the body, otherwise it was all perfect 😊

The bar was located on the other side of the street. So after an evening out and you want something to drink we had to walk to the other side which was told to be another part of the hotel.

On the website, they market it as a 4-star hotel but it isn't actually one- it is more of a 3-star hotel I would say judging by the finishes in the rooms and building. It is located in a part of the town which is not great e.g. "Thai Massage" across the street. Next time I would stay at another hotel. The lift is old style with a double door which can only take a maximum of 3 people - so be patient.

It is within walking distance of the centre of town.

The breakfast was at an other hotel across the street (20 m away) at Hjalmar hotel. The brekfast was an orgiginal hotel brekfast but I woun't say it extended my expctations, it was okay..

Small room, tight space at shower, dirty bed cover, shower dripping all night, toilet water tank very loud while refilling, TV 10 years old and tiny.

For a supposed 4-star hotel it was not very clean or elegant. The towels and sheets were clean and high quality, but not so much the armchairs (both in the room and lounge) and the toilet paper felt cheap. The HD tv used an analogue connection, so it looked worse than a tiny CRT. It felt more like 3 stars, and on google maps it is listed as 3 stars, but on booking.com, it's 4..? In regards to covid, they did clean and offer sanitizer, but none of the staff wore masks, and the "larger" breakfast buffet room in the hotel across the road was still crammed with people. 2 m in the queue is all well and good, but when the queue is 20 cm from the seated guests, you've missed the point... The room was poorly ventilated, with only being able to slightly open the windows.

Staff was very kind, professional, and welcoming. There was a nice selection of free tea and coffee the lounge, that you can bring to your room. The beds were very good and comfortable.

The girl from the reception was not helpful when I asked her about parking, she said you must know more than me! I ended up paying 900 kr for parking violation.

The bed was horrible, it says on website that it is double bed, but in fact its just 2 singe beds put close together. Those beds were different hight, if you move a bit - your movement creates a gap in between those beds, a mattress is just on top of those beds and it also moves, so pretty much you can barely sleep on that 'double bed' without risking falling from it. The hot water in the breakfast area was barely warm. The staff were not interested in our concerns but agreed that the beds were not great! Cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Location is good,right in the town center. Food was ok, without any taste -but its Sweden, you cannot expect much on that perspective.
