The room was cold and I couldn't find any occupant controlled switch to turn up the heating. So cold that it was difficult to sleep. I was only there one nigjht so I didn't complain (i.e.the hotel had no opportunity to correct this). Lakeside view in blurb on room didn't materialise - it looked out on to a courtyard. Signage for location of rooms could be improved (hard to see). Main entrance with two flights of stairs not good. There is a lift but it was out of action the second time I tried to use it.

Central location, large room with good work space and adequate no of power outlets. A proper bathroom with a bath and not just a shower. Calm. Lights and bedside tables on both sides of bed. A central ceiling ligjt. Breakfast in general good

I was at 10th floor, but there were bars closing the view. Rest is cool.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge. The carpet was stained, could do with some deep cleaning.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and beds comfy. Breakfast was really good and the location was outstanding.

The equipment in the gym was poor. No free weights/dumbells to work with. Good for cardio. The "spa" was not really wow. Not so warm, we had to heat the sauna ourselves and you had to buy footsalt extra. So basically 2 saunas and a nice view is what you pay for. If we'd known that we could just have used the free sauna 2 floors up.

Very good breakfast, a lot of different choices. Nice view from the room. Clean and modern. The gym had a very nice view.

Room was "done" and needs a spruce up! Didnt affect our stay, was very clean etc however the contrast between the communal spaces and the bedroom was stark.

Carpet stained. Broken foot stoll. Far away from lift as possible.

Great with families and young children especially. Room for sleeping and keeping them entertained with proper tv and modern facilities. Breakfast has everything for everybody. Location is great and the view from skybar is lovely.

This is a centrally located business style hotel which delivers very good standard. The room are relatively spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a very good range of cold and warm options. Been here several times and a sure choice in vasteras

1. The safty problem. Cleaning staff forgot to put on safty lock on the windows. It was 11th floor and we had a small child.(very impotrant for us) 2. There were spoild mellons and not fresh watermellon for the breakfast.(important) 3. Creacking door in the bathtub.(less important)

No bar fridge, the bathrooms are cramped.

Clean, great location in the city centre- many amenities are walking distance , parking underground, supermarket is adjacent the hotel. There is beautiful view of the city on the rooftop.

A few minor issues - the outside of the hotel had a lot of trash. The room was warm (even though there was a/c it could have been better. There were no English language channels on the TV, but I was told at the front desk that they were in the process of changing the TV service.

The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent! The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. And the view from my room was great. There was also a garage connected to the hotel which was very helpful.

Very hot room, no AC and windows cannot be opened, so air is stuffy. Rug should be cleaned as there are multiple stains on it.

Spacious room on great location. Breakfast was really good.
