It would be nice if you include more flavors of yhogurt like strawberry, blueberry, vanilla. What you served was only natural yhogurt.

Conveniently within 5 min walkimg distance from the train- and bus stations in the centre of the town. Fantastic buffet breakfast with a range of traditional dishes. I'd go back just for that!

Excellent location near to shopping center and easy to find the restaurant. The location also near to lake and big park. staffs are friendly, breakfast is good

Bathroom in our room was not in a good state. Sink had problems (basically it was possible to detach it -_-).

Hotel is located 5 minutes from a central station. We came later than allowed check in time, but still everything was smooth. Thanks for people working at the reception. Breakfast was very good, really good.

The breakfast was good, just wished there were lactose free/ milk free butter. The room was decent, it was very clean and I liked the Rituals products in the bathroom, they smelled nice.

Old building, the room was not cleaned properly, the man who was servering in the restaurang was not so nice, we didn't receive focaccia as the other clients did.

Due to the pandemic situation and not wanting to share a lift with others, using the lifts was quite time consuming. Especially at checkout time, when a lot of other people needed to use them at the same time.

Excellent breakfast selection. Staggered serving times made for a lot of space between tables. The ability to park in the basement right underneath the hotel is also a big plus.

The rooms have no AC, only a small fan. In 30C heat the room was really warm until the point where sleeping there was almost uncomfortable.

The property was alright. It was clean and located at the heart of the city.

No mini fridge at the room, no air conditioning (even though this was specified in the room description), no smart TV either so bringing a Chromecast or similar might be a good idea.

Big comfortable bed, fantastic gym with a beautiful view overlooking Västerås. Very central location, easy access to train and other transit, and a supermarket right next door.

I can’t say “not like” but it was just an observation… The toilet ventilation is very poor … At least it was in our rooms 🤭 When someone went to the toilet for number 2, the smell would take over an hour to clear out and we was in the nineth floor with a small child so couldn’t risk opening the windows 😂😂😂😂

Room was phenomenal, breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had, the dinner/bar staff went above and beyond being helpful and very friendly. This Hotel is perfectly located in the City.
